Went to see the new BMW iX and Chris Grundy from used cars took us out for a test drive. Chris was brilliant and very thorough with all the details about the car and made us feel truly valued as customers. Just want to commend Luke Finch regarding our recent BMW purchase. Absolutely a dream to deal with throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever to much to ask in the last few months prior to the car arriving. Even his handover process exceeded expectations. Thank you once again Luke, amazing job by you.

Not a great experience, ordered a car in 2021 Oct was told it was built before Christmas and we could have it but we wanted the new plate in March 2022 and then all of a sudden it wasn't built and it won't be ready before end of June 2022, the reason the war in Ukraine has had an effect on parts getting to BMW, but hold on it was already built or was it.

We will never know as we cancelled the order they told us all garages are struggling. The bottom line is they probably sold our car and then forgot to re-order as we have a friend who ordered the same car in Blackpool in January 2022 and has taken delivery. You make your own mind up.

Fantastic service from all the team at Williams BMW! Have bought my last 3 cars from the new sales team. Particular shout out to Sean Mercer who despite his youth was professional and courteous throughout. Keep up the good work guys and i'll be back in a few years for my next car!

Absolutely useless staff. Avoid at all costs. Sent my 335i in for a recall, the two things that was the recall (electrics and blower fan) which where perfectly fine before it went in came back faulty, after having me sat in reception for over an hour I went to see them which they where rude about, they agreed to fix them, low and behold they took my car and never contacted me but sent me a quote for shock absorber? Plus after two calls and no reply I was walking home with no car? Thanks BMW plus they didn't fix what they broke just told me what it would cost to fix it?

I have just bought my seventh car from Williams. It's always a good experience and the after sales support, dealing with queries and problems has always been friendly and helpful. I have never had the feeling that the Bolton dealership is just there to flog you a car and leave you to it! Many thanks to Sean Mercer for his courteous service and patient attention to my requirements and many questions!

This show room is one of the Best. Staff very professional and very friendly can’t do enough for you . This is all staff from reception to the sales directors. Beverages and snacks were offered. After being asked can they be of assistance if you are not ready they Leave you to browse until you approach them with your questions. Test drive wasn’t a problem.

Amazing customer service! Treated like royalty. Went with my wheelchair bound mother and the salesman pushed her round without even being asked. Enjoyed refreshments and an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't recommend them enough.
