From 2022 the owner Bob Ravenscroft has now changed the business model for a smaller and bespoke purchasing experience, still offering their vast knowledge of the Volvo product and sourcing the right vehicle for your needs. Our new premises are 10 minutes from Fleet in Hampshire (M3 Junction 4a) or 30 minutes from M25.
We no longer accept card payments for final settlement on purchasing your vehicle due to unreclaimable card charges. Final payments can be made by bank transfers. Ravenscroft Independent Volvo Specialist is continuously trying to improve its finance packages and can offer you, the customer, a bespoke financial package ranging from sub-prime finance to a Barclays financial package.
Ravenscroft Independent Volvo Specialist is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Indemnities may be required in certain circumstances. Finance is only available to persons aged 18 or over, subject to status. We work with a number of carefully selected lenders who may be able to offer you finance for your vehicle.

Bob had a great deal of knowledge about the models and their variants on the forecourt. He answered all our questions. There is no hard selling here. We chose the car we wanted to buy and were lead through a very simple but efficient process. On collection the next morning the car had been fully prepared for us. A truly 5 star experience.

Purchased a Volvo XC60 from these guys, what a fantastic company they are. Really friendly, not remotely pushy, helpful, informed and all round good eggs. One of the keys wasn't working so I took it back and George sorted it out quickly with no hassle. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Just smashing.

My wife and myself visited Ravenscroft full of enthusiasm for the purpose of buying a used vehicle. Having been in sales all my life it was evident to me the lack of sales training the salesman had. Firstly no enthusiasm to sale and to busy to give me his time. Secondly no offer for a test drive, gave me the impression he did not care if I was to buy a vehicle or not. I was so deflated I would have bought a vehicle, had it not been for the so called salesman. Just go's to show a good salesman can make the difference.

This is just a fantastic place to buy a used car specialist in Volvo XC90,X C60 and XC40. Turned up looked at the cars, booked a test drive. Then we went ahead and bought a XC60 the same day painless deal it was a pleasure to do business with Bob. Recently purchased an XC90 from Ravenscroft. We'd done our research and knew exactly what we were looking for but wanted to purchase from an honest, reliable dealer. So pleased we found local dealer Ravenscroft. Our experience was reassuring from beginning to end. Bob was incredibly helpful and straightforward to deal with, excellent social distancing measures were in place and the car was exactly as described.
I spotted a crack in one of the rear light casings and another on the rear bumper. Not only was this rectified before sale, but the car was also freshly serviced and new brake pads/discs fitted as only had 6 month's wear left. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended dealer!
