Broadbridge heath garage

Have had my MOT done here by James several times. Very impressed - quick service, affordable and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

So I took my vehicle in and got an MOT number one the car was slide in at 9 oclock then I get a phone call at 2:15 in the afternoon telling me that is cigarette Ash in the ashtray and they will not going to do a MOT on my vehicle fix any problems on my vehicle I also did tell him there's a work vehicle but he demanding me to come back and get it cleaned or take the car away from the garage went back pick the vehicle up ticket to Tesco's and Hoover doll and returned it back at this point he didn't want to work on the vehicle he made that pretty clear the boss after that the vehicle failed its MOT so weary booked in for it to pass its MOT 3 days later it passes its MOT but this is when the problem started so he told me there was a problem with the passenger seat and they couldn't sort something out because it was electrical and no fault of my own did I break the passenger seat so when I went to pick my vehicle up and pay the 570 I was short 50 he then told me that at.the driver side sea and the passenger side sea are not working now I took the vehicle in working in working order da-i asked one of the colleagues who are outside to get I think his name is James to call me the boss no phone call was was made I'd he turned around and said that wasn't his problem that the seat was broken and turned around and basically said that can you prove it so to everybody was thinking about going to broadbridge Heath garage in West Sussex Horsham I would stay well clear I've been using his garage for the last 7 years I've never had a problem until this day they've always been quite friendly and quite kind but to refuse to give a customer he's insurance is a very low standards and end up breaking my chairs where I've been to BMW and have quoted me quite a lot to get repaired so now the next step is to send them a letter and I will be sending them the letter in the next couple weeks recorded post but please if anybody uses his garage stay well clear

I have always been anxious taking my car to a garage as I have been ripped off in the past. I have never felt this way using this garage. James the manager is very professional and experienced but also kind and fair. I always trust that he will do what is needed but that I wont end up paying for extras that arent. They always fit me in quickly and do an excellent job. All the staff there are really professional and friendly too. Would highly recommend them.

Yet again excellent service from the team at BBH garage. Always have my car MOT done here and just had brake pads done yesterday. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Thanks guy's.

I took 2 vehicles here to get an MOT with 1 being serviced. I have used them for the past 2 years and can highly recommend them. One of my vehicles sailed through its MOT with no problems, however the other failed on emissions and needed some attention, James personally looked at it at the end of the day (after his working shift) knowing how much a new exhaust system would cost he looked to see if he could repair it to save me money, he allowed me to view the car from the underside to see the problem and did a fix that'll last me a while but recommended I get the exhaust repaired properly with a new welded section soon.

I cannot fault the service here as it was perfect I shall be recommending you. It's nice to find a trustworthy local garage that I can get to carry out works on vehicles that is a competitive price and go the extra mile, thanks again James and Team.

Fantastic service got my MOT booked in quickly. Easy on the day to drop off the car (had the option to wait). Very positive experience.

Been using BBH Garage for three years with 3 different vehicles. Always been treated well, never over-charged, never had something "need doing" that didn't, no "being taken advantage of as a woman". Honest, reliable and always good communication. When they couldn't figure out an issue with my first car they admitted it and didn't charge me despite putting a couple hours labor into diagnostics. This kind of customer service and attention to quality work brings me back time and time again

Had 4 new tyres fitted here today. Friendly guys took care of it straight away. They were really careful with the car and didn't leave a mark on any of the alloys. I noticed they also bothered to properly torque the wheel bolts which was nice. No problems just decent service. I definately recommend and will use them again in the future.

In one word? Fantastic! Best customer service I've had in a garage, they actioned whatever was needed immediately found the issue, offered me options and it worked out very well. I was a bit skeptical before I went there, i was proved wrong and the place and people were 5 stars.

This was our first time visiting Broadbridge Heath garage, my wife called an hour before we visited as we had a bit of an emergency after driving over a large nail which punctured our tyre earlier that day. She spoke to Marc who was really helpful and accommodating over the phone and he very kindly managed to squeeze us in for a 30 minute slot which we were very thankful for.

When we arrived the place was very friendly and professional, we met Marc in person who took on the job on the job of freeing our stubborn locking nut on the wheel, in the end he managed to repair the puncture which we were super pleased about and the invoice was very reasonable. All in all we will definitely return to these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Marc and sorry again about your hand!

I’ve just had 2 tyres fitted at BBH Garage. So helpful and great customer service.

Booked in to have new tyres fitted through blackcircle and choose broadbridge heath garage. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly, happy member of staff who offered to make me a drink whilst I waited. my tyres were fitted quickly and I was very happy with the service

After Blackcircles not delivering the tyres on the day of my fitting, and me needing them done for the next day, James and the team sorted me out with new ones and priced matched! Great service as always.

I can thoroughly recommend James and his team at Broadbridge Heath Garage. They always go the extra mile and the quality of their work is always excellent. Nothing is ever too much and they have always managed to fit my car in when it has been an emergency. Try them, if you haven't already. You won't regret it !

Thank you so much for your help it so refreshing to find a garage that i can trust,my car decided to let me down last Thursday when i called the garage and explained the problem the staff were so accommodating i was booked in straight away and when i explained that i needed my car for work they offered me a courtesy at no charge, i was called with prices before any work was carried out and my car was fixed by Friday, i will definitely be coming back for my mot and service THANK YOU

James is always accommodating and will always try to help. There is something unique that james gives and that is honesty. I travel the 40 miles because I TRUST James and his team, very rare these days!!!!!! His prices are always competitive and the job is always done right. Highly recommended.

Can’t rate this garage high enough. Great service, great staff, fast turn around times and above all else honest. I’ve used Broadbridge Heath garage for years now and can safely say they are one of the best around. I’ve never had a problem and have taken cars to them for second opinions when other garages have let me down. Recently had some work done and once again am very happy, 10/10.
