Recently purchased a car from Rob who was very helpful when it came to purchasing my new vehicle. The whole car buying experience from start to finish was fantastic and have since had great after sales experience following a recent tyre pressure issue. Rob was insistent on getting the vehicle in to take a look at and I was soon sent on my way with total peace of mind. Rob was extremely knowledgable and was keen to help with anything that I needed reassurance with. I know Vale Garage will be my first port of call when I come to change my next car.

The whole part exchange/purchase process with Rob was very easy and straightforward. Rob's customer service is excellent and my new car was immaculate when I collected it. He kept me updated all through the process which was very reassuring. When the time comes to change car again, I will definitely contact Rob again.

Just bought a vehicle off Rob at Vale Garage. I bought it without seeing after viewing the photos online and the description and then following up with a call to Rob. Rob was very helpful and informative and made the buying process very easy. When we arrived to collect the vehicle Rob went out of his way to make sure it was ready at a time convenient to us. No pressure tactics just honest sale, with all questions answered in friendly and relaxed surroundings, nothing was too much trouble. I don't normally do reviews for company's but I feel the service I have received from Rob is above and beyond! I first met Rob when I bought our Landrover he was so helpful and informative and I was told that if we ever had a question just ask to which we did several times, unfortunately 5 weeks later someone went into the side of us, leaving the Land Rover a write off, we rushed into buying another car (due to work and needing a car to get there.

We brought the car privately) only for it to go bang 5 mins after paying and driving it down the road. I bumped into Rob today, He asked how we was getting on, after explaining our nightmare he said, pop the car over and he will have a look, we had taken our car to 2 garages and a good 10 mechanics look at it, after spending 700+ to "fix" it. The problem smoking and smelling and jittering (the original problem) is still there, Rob went above and beyond for us, he was so thorough and has found the problem! we are going on holiday in the next few days with the kids after telling him this he explained, that he will get it fixed before I go away and make sure it is safe for my family, he took the time to inspect the car and went with his gut instincts, I honestly can't express how luck we feel to have found Rob will defiantly not go any where else.
