Absolutely faultless experience when buying a car from here, particularly from Neil who helped me out with information about the car and arranging finance. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and wasn't sure what to expect however it was straight forward and hassle free. Great price for a great quality car, I couldn't be happier. bought a car thru this garage, tho had a few problems with it, took it back was very helpful got it fixed up and lent me a car for few days whilst mine was being sorted..cant fault the service will definitely use again in the future either for repairs or new cars

Over the last 5 years I have purchased two used cars from The Motor Place and have never had any major problems with either of them,Any minor problems that I have had have been ironed out by Paul and his mechanics,Mark and the other guy (whose name I cant recall)
I have always been treated fairly and respectfully by the team and the work has always been carried out to the highest standards, with excellent communications and great customer care ie.I had taken my car in for a 10,000 mile service (which was done quickly and very professionally) I turned up in time to see Paul replacing my number plates with new ones...no charge for this little extra!

Great shop, the owner will always look after you, from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better service, even when no finance company would help, they stepped up.

I was declined finance, no one else could help, however Neil from the motor place called me and allowed me a pick of a car. The motor place is one of the best places to go in grimsby, I got a Ford fiesta and when I picked it up it looked brand new, fully MOT, service history, 4 new tyres and a full clean. will advise anybody to go down and see Neil, hes the man!!!
