Fantastic experience buying from JRR Cars, I dealt with both Anthony & John who made me feel relaxed and not pressured when deciding to buy. I couldn't make my mind up and wanted to do some checks on my insurance and they didn't pressure or chase me (unlike another couple of garages!). Do not buy a car from these! If you do get an AA check or some sort of check on car! Do not assume you are buying from a dealer you are protected. This dealer may offer WarrantyWise so u think it's a good dealership but it's not. WarrantyWise is just a warranty cover these cars do not have to undergo any check to get the cover and the dealer can lye to the warranty company and they do not check so do not take this as re assurance like I did that the car is checked over!

I bought this car 2 years ago got a gear box problem took it into a specialist shop who told me that it had a Bodge job done to the gear box that would have been done before I purchased it. I then have gone through the hole history of the car and found out that there was a clutch replaced on this car before I purchased the car and I was not told about this and it was not mentioned on the ad to the car either! And it was the garage that had this done! You can clearly see from the picture below the difference with the gearbox. Do not buy do not touch.

Recently bought a BMW 3 series from these guys. Dealt with Anthony (Sales Manager) and found him to be very open, honest and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure the car was spot on for me before collection by carrying out a full service and putting 4 new tires on the car. Very happy with the car and would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to buy a used car.

Anthony knows exactly how it should be done! We saw the car online, liked the price and HP option so emailed him. Finance passed, Anthony took the car off sale immediately. Emailed licence, arranged date and time to collect and he told us everything we needed to know and arranged road tax on his computer during an excellent personal hand over. Only shame is they are quite far from us, with a great service like that though we will consider future vehicles. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a BMW 5-Series estate from JRR Cars and I must say, I couldn't be happier! The car was in immaculate condition, exactly as described, and very competitively priced for the model and specification. I was offered a very fair trade-in for my old car - which, being a very tired, old Zafira, was far removed from their usual fayre, and the deal was very quickly and happily agreed with no unnecessary sales pressure from salesman, Anthony.

I was actually going on holiday a few days after viewing the car, so was very grateful that they prioritised all the pre-collection checks and MOT etc, meaning I was able to collect the car just a couple of days later. When collecting the car, the actual purchase process all went through very smoothly - and I think my wife just saw Anthony's 'Paul Hollywood good looks' as an added bonus!!! All in all, very happy indeed and would not hesitate to recommend highly

Collected a car previously unseen from John today. Drove 110 miles in my SLK and drove back with the Jrr car . John is a consummate professional. He had promised me that the car was as it should be and it was. He honoured the trade in quote that he gave me on my car. Great to meet an honest car guy who I could freely advise anyone to buy from.
