Very friendly salesman. What I wanted was their. Had to persuade the wife to see it. But only one problem. Not ULEZ compliant.

I bought a car from Andrew for my daughter. Within the first few weeks we had two problems with it - one minor and one serious. The car had been checked over before we bought it and I believe it would have been very difficult to foresee the issues we had. On both occasions Andrew just calmly paid for everything, including car hire. You can judge a company by the way they respond to problems and in my case you could not fault this firm.

Very nice salesman gave me the keys to the car and went back into his office while we look around the car. He also answer all the questions I ask him about the car we were happy with the car and brought it we also went for a test drive which didn't through up any faults he is also putting 2 new wiper blades on the car and a new mot and putting the tracking right because the steering wheel was slightly of centre it may be that the car was tracked before and they didn't centralised it, it was good do business with this company and would buy again when looking for another car. We recently bought a car from From countryman vehicles. Andy was friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend the cars, service and aftercare. All cars come with RAC cover and would not hesitate buying another car there.

I walked out of the dealership feeling all sorts of negative emotions, not what I wanted on a saturday morning when looking to buy a new car. Back in February of 2017 I visited this sales lot in a hope to come out with a new car and a big smile on my face. Quite the opposite happened. At first the salesman seemed really friendly and was showing me around his collection of cars and I found one that REALLY stood out, it was a "Renault Sport Clio 172" in a beautiful silver with yellow decals.

So we moved into the office to talk "figures" and this is when everyhing seemed to change, I asked ofr a test drive and he said "No, because I wasn't 21" which was the first downfall as I wasn't able to test out my new car, oh well move on. Secondly I said I would like to pay in cash and would I get a little discount for doing so. He basically said no straight away "because it was taken in part exchange" ok so moved on again.

We got to insurance and at this point it all turned sour (he pretty much wanted to get rid of me becuase he didn't think I could afford the car. Was the impression that I got throughout our "meeting") before I could even get my phone out to check what the insurance would be he pretty much said to me that I won't be able to afford the insurance and at this point I said ok and left.

This whole experience ruined my Saturday and ruined my outlook on smaller garages such as this one. All I can say is avoid this place if you're young, it may be completely different if you are 30+ say? - James Bolton

Bought a car from this dealer. A fault developed within a few months. Not interested in communicating or even looking at the car. The first response was a letter from a legal firm. Should have done my homework and read the other reviews.

Andrew went above and beyond when I bought my Freelander 2 from him, I’ve never bought a car from anybody that is this genuine. He had my vehicle serviced, 10year belts and pump changed and also was happy to take back my vehicle and rectify a fuel gauge fault.

Paid full price for a car on the assumption that certain things were mended. Still has problems two months later and on asking for my money back he has decided to go legal. Beware! 8 months later he pays up - what a waste of my time and my effort - chancer. Only gets a star becaue i can't put none
