Absolutely love our car. Dan and Tom were very helpful and knowledgeable, and quickly answered any of our queries. Unfortunately after having the car a few months I changed my mind! The car had a longstanding fault which they failed to recognise/fix although it occurred before the warranty expired. They just reset the computer and said it was just the computer forgetting what to do forgetting what to do

I bought a car from here 6 years ago and had a really good experience. This included being able to use the warranty for an electric window which broke after a few weeks of owning it. They replaced the motor with no quibble, and I had no further problems. I've just been back to upgrade my car, traded in my old one. Again, a fab experience! Dan sourced the exact kind of car I was looking for and Tom sold it to me. Really pleased and would fully recommend.

Popped into 1st Car mid March 2017 to see a Volvo V50 that i liked the look of. Was extremely impressed with the car and also the staff (Tom and Dan) who were friendly & knowledgeable without being pushy. Ended up buying the car and they didn't hesitate in looking at a minor problem (not covered by the warranty) a few weeks later (at no cost). Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
