Didn't end up buying from MDS but the guys are upfront and honest and don't use the generic car salesman pressure tactics to persuade you to buy.

Found MDS Motors by chance from a listing on Autotrader and so glad I did. We dealt with Ste, he was super friendly and nothing was too much effort. Shortly after owning the car it developed a minor fault, the car was swiftly took in the garage, fixed under warranty and back on the road. I purchased a car for my mother in law today. I dealt with mark on the phone who was fast and helpful and made what's app vids of the vehicle. Met Steve today who was real character and a proper gent. I called him for a phone number of someone who could change a flat tyre for me on the other car I went in just before I got back on the m6 back to Brum. He didn't give me a number he came himself within 10 minutes. These guys operate with integrity I can assure you.

Our 17 year old bought a fabulous little corsa from MDS Motors. Approx 3 months after buying the car it developed a fault. Firstly my son panicked and messaged Mark on Friday evening and Mark replied! We spoke to Mark this am at 8:30. The car was in the garage at 9:30 and we had a call at 16:30 to collect. All sorted under the warranty. Fabulous communication.

Mark is such a gentleman who treated my son with respect and spoke to him like an adult. Really genuine people not false or pushy. David the technician is a fantastic knowledgeable chap. I can't offer these guys enough praise for their support and customer service, I purchased a car from them, and after two weeks my clutch cable snapped, I had just finished a twelve hour shift. Not what you need . Anyway I phoned Mark up, who went above and beyond, not only did they arrange for the clutch cable to be replaced at no extra cost, . they also provided me with a courtesy car so I didn't have to endure a two hour bus ride just to get to work. These guys are the real deal. Believe them when they say they will look after you. Out standing customer service and would highly recommend . Thanks guys.

Can not recommend MDS Motors enough! The service I have received has been amazing! From my initial phone call to enquire about the vehicle to me driving away in it! The whole process was faultless. Steve was great with my daughter which was really nice! Knowledgeable and professional all while delivering a friendly and personalised service! The car itself is in an amazing condition for its age. It was a 3hr train journey and a 2 hour drive home but the service alone was worth the travel time! Look forward to purchasing my next car from MDS Motors!

Excellent service buying my new autobot from MDS Motors, Steve was super helpful and a down to earth guy, made a stressful situation (buying a car) very fun and easy to do. would definitely recommend buying a car from this company, very straight up without the bull. fingers crossed I won't be needing a new car for a while (1 year on, costing 300 just to get it through its mot) but will go back to look for cars when my son passes his test (won't be doing that now) Edited! Purchasing the car was good, they are very good at taking care of you. But had nothing but issues with the car.

My brother in law Marc brought this lovely 107 off MDS nearly two weeks ago. MDS supplied his previous Fiesta so after fancying a change, MDS was the place to come back to. STE is a top salesman (even if you do have to make your own coffee!), not pushy and will give you the keys and will let you poke and prod till your heart is content. Ste gave us the famous MDS same day drive away guarantee and we were off for our hours drive back to North Wales. We will be back, and will be recommending you to friends/family.

I bought a 2008 BMW Z4 from these guys back in April and have taken it for it's first MOT. They offered to MOT the car at the time but it was only due in the November so I was given a choice and chose to wait until now. As part of the deal they said they would pay for the MOT when it was due. I was told to call them when the MOT was due and let them know where I was taking it and that they would sort the payment out.

I called them last week, the guy 'Steve' remembered me and the car and it was sorted straight away, no issue. The car has just passed it's MOT with no advisories whatsoever (first time in my entire life that has happened to me!). The guys at the garage I took it to even commented on how immaculate the car is. 'Steve' who I dealt with at the garage has to be one of the nicest and most genuine blokes I have ever met.

He is also a car enthusiast and loves what he does. He is the type of guy you could call up just for advice about anything car related and he would help you out. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car! By far the best Company I have ever bought a car from.

After trawling the net for two weeks, I finally found the car I was looking for, when I phoned (Steve) I had no hesitation travelling 250 miles on a one way ticket, seeing the car in MDS modest but spotless showroom I knew I made the right choice, ever helpful Steve kindly let me use the computer, after 20 mins I was on my way back to Scotland.
