SNOWS BMW ISLE OF WIGHT

My husband asked me to take car for mot in snows and i was very very pleased with the service they washed and dryed my car and even hoved it and even made me a coffee best place on island thank you fiat (snows)

I don't give 5 stars lightly, but I feel it is justified in the case of Snows. I've not had any previous experience with them, so having found the car I was looking for at a good price on the internet, I gave them a call. Sam was my contact who was very professional and courteous and even made a video especially for me of the car as I live a long way away and couldn't go and see it.

He returned my calls when he said he would and quickly arranged free delivery of my car, which then arrived newly serviced & MOT'd. The only complaint I did have was a slight oil leak on the sump bolt, I got this fixed and Snows were very apologetic and paid for it to be put right in a timely manner. The car also cam with a three month warranty. Next time I buy a car on the internet, if I see it is from Snows, I'll be confident that I'll be dealt with well, which is always a worry when buying things over the internet involving lots of money with someone you don't know.

I started the quest for a Mini locally to me in south east London in February. I answered the pop-up from Carwow and local dealer was not interested despite his dealership taking part. I took our Fiesta along for valuation and never heard from them - staggering. I was met with disinterest and lies: nearly new cars advertised on their websites were I was told "sold with 3 buyers chasing".

On closer questioning they were demonstrators not available until June anyway and this was in February. Calling Snows and speaking with Phillip Clarke was like talking with a grown-up at last and a huge relief: honest, straightforward, no bluffing and offering a discount. New Mini arrived today in south east London from Isle of Wight: great result would recommend highly. Thank you Snows.

Poor communication. Phone would never be answered on the first ring I would always have to ring multiple times.shai wasn't the most helpful and there wasn't much communication between the staff when dealing with my inquiry. The staff would say they would call me back but then either forget and it would be the next day or multiple hours after. I thought as a bmw dealership this was poor customer service

Fantastic experience with Snows for my MOT. Having moved back to the island after a few years away I didn't really know where was best to go for an MOT. Booked Snows via bookmygarage online for a great price. Pick up/collect for 25 seemed reasonable given the convenience it allows you i.e. not having to take a day off work etc. GREAT comms from the team before and throughout the MOT including a 2-min video from the engineer showing tread depth advisories etc. Also, car came back looking shiny and was hoovered throughout for no extra cost!

This was a VERY nice touch and my car definitely needed it.super handy when you're always too busy to get round to it yourself! I will surely use Snows again for future MOTs and Services and recommend them to anyone reading this!

I called ahead to check they had the right part for my car. It was a really friendly, interested man who was interested in helping. I took the car in 15 minutes later and sorted out my minor fault on a key fob. Really helpful Recommend.

As always an amazing customer experience met with polite and professional staff who can never do enough to make you feel welcome and looked after I would not think of taking my car anyway else first class as always.

The best experience of buying a car. Sophie was professional, responsive and knowledgable. Competent without being pushy. I'd highly recommend. Their drop off service to Oxfordshire was seamless, as getting to IoW mid week would have been a bit tricky. Robert dropped off the car, answered all our questions and made the whole process hassle-free.

Very good team on the Island. Nothing is to much trouble. Vicki and her staffs Customer care is more than excellent if I have anther care I would not hasate to go to snows isle of wight Thank you for all your help in solving my problem.

Snows staff are always welcoming & friendly. If there's a problem they solve it. They kept me informed about my car & I also had a video from them. It was the mechanic under my car explaining what did or in my case didn't need doing. Great work Snows
