Our daughter being surprised with her first car was an experience that will stay with our family forever. Sophie went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for more. On the day, the entire team shared the excitement and it just made the experience absolutely perfect in every way possible. I couldn't thank them more.and the car is fantastic.

The booking system was very straightforward and someone rang me back later the same day to confirm details and book the car in. The garage offered to run me back to my home address without me having to request it. The garage kept me updated about progress and a technician took time at the end to answer extra questions I had and demo some things. I was really impressed with the level of service.

I was a little early for my Service appointment, so was offered a coffee and a seat in the very comfy lounge area. All the staff were very polite and accommodating, my curtesy car was ready and waiting and very nice. They sent me a video of my MOT, which i must say was amazing, such a personal touch and very interesting. I received a phone call when my car was ready and once again all the staff were very polite and professional when i went to collect it. I would also like to say how impressive all their COVID precautions were too. Thank you all so very Much.

Fantastic - Absolutely a 5 star Experience Just Taken delivery of our Brand New MINI John Cooper Works, could not have asked for better service from the whole team at Snows IOW.from the moment we first made contact to the time we finally took delivery.they even organised out Hover crossing and the ferry to get the car back to the mainland. Our sales executive, Phil Clarke was amazing.knows absolutely all there is to know about the MINI product.he kept us informed of our cars build status through regular calls and video messages.he even let us know the exact day the car was built at the factory.

Shirley and Sarah were stars and averted a compliant I even wrote to head office praising them, their customer service skills are excellent they are an asset to the company. As usual head office suites didn't follow the ask and pass to the CEO it's lucky that individual is not working on the front line with customers. More people like Shirley and Sarah needed at the top.

I have used Snows for many years now. I have always received a first class service. They collect my car, do the necessary work and return it to my home. They keep me fully informed of any additional work required by phone and also send a vehicle health check video made by the technician carrying out the work. All the staff at Snows are polite, confident and helpful.

Snows BMW Isle of Wight were fantastic because the level of service was very high. Charlie was very kind and professional, he explained everything very well and let me test drive the car for a good period of time. Once I ordered the car he kept me informed of progress by phoning me every 2 weeks, even when I was on holiday. He has also contacted me twice in the 3 weeks since I picked it up to make sure I am happy and getting on well with the car and offered for me to go in and go through any controls I don’t understand. Brilliant and friendly service. I would highly recommend.
