Having recently purchased a BMW M4 Competition Pack in Sapphire Black, I just wanted to highlight that the service provided to me by Neil Magrath (Sales Executive) and Ian Foden (Business Manager) was at an exceptional level. Both Neil and Ian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product and services offered by Snow's, and went above and beyond the levels of service to help answer and address my questions in comparison to what I have encountered from other dealerships. Absolutely 1st Class service from Snows always. I am a returning customer (this is the 3rd BMW I have had from Snows), and I can highly recommend Snows and more specifically, Michael Taylor. He has been so supportive and is always ready to answer my MANY questions. Nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend him. I was dealt with very professionally. April kept me well informed and gave me choices to make about repairs that could reduce the cost if needed. The video from the mechanic was very thorough and allowed me to make an informed decision. The manager reduced the price on the replacement wheels and April was able to offer me Bumper interest free credit.
Overall this made an expensive repair much more bearable and I enjoyed the interaction with staff at Snows. Finally I was able to change the appointment easily when I could no longer make the original slot and the team went out of their way to order the new wheels late in the evening beyond normal hours.

My Wife and I had a wonderful experience at Snows, buying our first BMW (an X3). Daniel - the Sales exec - understood the magnitude of our purchase, was courteous, helpful and very attentive (many refreshments were offered!). He walked us through every detail of the car, negotiations felt fair, and he was very helpful in disclosing all details of the financial agreement.
Car pick up on the day was very joyous, and a smooth process. Best Christmas present ever! We would recommend you visit their store, it is large and has many vehicles on show (a rarity at many dealerships these days).

Following a X5 internet enquiry I was contacted by Ben, sales executive at Portsmouth. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk too. The negotiations were painless and swift. The deal was agreed and handover of the car without issue. Two weeks ago I hadn't even considered buying another new car! Ben obviously gained my confidence and trust in him swiftly.

Upon arrival the building looks impressive from the roadside, we've never owned a BMW before so this was our first experience of BMW hospitality and customer service, well.we were met by Daniel who was friendly and courteous with a not too pushy sales pitch which is pleasant, and the car we was interested in was great and we did buy it, but.we were two and half hours in negotiations and paperwork with not one offer of a drink?
There was no drinks dispenser in the showroom that I noticed, upon leaving the dealership in the days leading up to collection, WE had to chase BMW finance up, WE had to chase up to see if the car would be ready.it felt like we were doing the admin and chasing up.not the BMW experience we thought we were going to get? Just felt like do you want the car or not? Suffice to say pick up went smoothly and the car was perfect and we were happy with our purchase. Just needs the BMW customer experience to live up to expectation.

I bought an approved used BMW from Snows BMW Portsmouth just over 3 weeks ago. The car is a 2009 318i M Sport Business Edition with 30,000 miles on the clock. The car developed an engine fault within 36 hours and was returned to the dealer by the BMW emergency service - a faulty knock sensor was diagnosed and repaired. The first time I drove the car for more than 30 minutes I noticed a clutch judder under load. Snows investigated and found a fault that required the clutch to be replaced.
The car was off the road for 2 days in total.
36 hours after collecting the car, another engine warning light came on advising me to return the car to a BMW dealer. Snows investigated and this time identified a fault with the cam sensor. The car was off the road for 4 days. The clutch still smells when reversing on any type of incline.
Is it acceptable for a BMW clutch to burn out after 30,000 miles?
Is it acceptable for the clutch to continue to smell after being replaced?
Is it acceptable for an Approved Used BMW to suffer 3 faults in the first 3 weeks of ownership?
Is it acceptable for an Approved Used BMW to be off the road for 7 days in the first 25 days of ownership?
Snows BMW have refused to refund me and have offered me just J200 as a "gesture of goodwill". Good service????

Just been in for a test drive in an M4. What a fantastic experience and will now consider one as a replacement for my current BMW. Steve Hunter was really helpful and even offered to drive to my home to get my driving licence that I had forgotten to bring with me. The finance guy gave me a comprehensive quote over a lovely cup of coffee in their café bar. Can't wait to own a BMW M4 Competition!

I visited the showroom and was introduced to Stuart Trett. He was extremely professional and followed up my enquiry with a personalised email video later that day. Following a testdrive a couple of days later we set about discussing my requirements. We had some excellent banter and he was very open and honest with me. I have just had the entire front end of my 2006 R53 JCW Mini painted by the Snows Bodyshop.The fit and finish of the bodywork is remarkable.Colour match, depth of Metallic and panel fit are faultless.Congratulations to the guys in the paint shop. Great experience from dropping my x3 off to pick up - competence all round, honest advice and very decent prices. Really delighted with my experience today, Tom greeted me in the parking lot even though it was only 7.30 in the morning, I was way to early - to my surprise I didn’t even have to wait a minute for Nicholas to take my details and I had been taken care off! My BMW 1 series had a recall, so in January I booked the work in. This was at no cost to me at all. I arrived this morning at 8am and parked my car, and as soon as I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a gentleman with a clipboard who had my name down and was expecting me. I went in, and within 10 minutes I had the keys to a 18’ plate manual 1 series loan car.
This was excellent as I was apprehensive about driving a totally different car. I was then sent an email around midday with the free veichle check, breaking down each element of the inspection clearly and concisely. With this, there was a video of my car and the proof from the check! Fantastic, really helpful for a person personally clueless about cars.
I then collected the car at 5:30pm and the work carried out was explained to me, and it was washed, vacuumed and driven round to the front for me to take away. The service was absolutely outstanding, and not a single penny left my purse for this. This experience was outstanding, keep doing what you’re doing! If I ever get a new BMW you know where I’ll be coming!
