I cannot recommend Snows MINI Portsmouth enough! The team have been great. Tani is an absolute asset to the team! He was very polite, patient and extremely helpful when I was making decisions on which type of car to choose. I now love driving my new MINI and am confident that it is the car for me! Martin the manager has also been exceptional in his customer service and is always happy to help. 5 star service!

Absolutely marvellous service. Upgrading my MINI was an incredibly seamless process and they are a very friendly group of individuals. The car was slightly delayed due to the war in Ukraine but they kept me updated every step of the journey which I really appreciated, and even managed to pick out a perfect number plate for me. Thoroughly recommend!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Snows Mini Portsmouth. Taniela was outstanding in his customer service throughout the transaction, even bringing documents to my house for me to sign one day when I couldn't attend the showroom. All of the staff I have had to deal with at Snows Portsmouth have been extremely helpful and kind and have gone the extra mile to make it a really fantastic experience for me.
