Services
Personal Contract Hire subject to status and credit acceptance. This is a hire product so you will not own the vehicle. Minimum duration is 48 months and 5,000 miles per annum. All prices shown include VAT at 20%. Road Fund Licence is included for the duration of the term. If selected, Maintenance Package includes: manufacturer recommended servicing and excludes misuse, accident damage and vehicle glass.

This is my second personal lease vehicle from Nationwide Leasing, and the service was excellent again. Ordering a vehicle was easy, I was kept up to date with the progress, and when my new vehicle was delayed due to production issues they assisted me to extend my existing vehicle until the new one arrived. Do not use this company. The level of customer service is shocking and very poor. They fleeced me for 270 based on inaccurate and incorrect information. Avoid at all cost. There are much better more customer service focused companies around who do not charge an admin fee. They waisted 4 months before telling me we could not proceed. 4 months they had all my details before deciding to tell me they could not proceed based on inaccurate information.

We could easily have resolved the issue but they cancelled the order without providing an opportunity to provide further info. We went to another company and was approved within 1 day without issue. We have never had these problems before. Shockingly bad service, rude, unhelpful poor service poor communication. DO NOT USE.

Horrendous customer service. Avoid if at all possible. Car was late (not unexpected given the currant climate) but was given no notification until I chased it. I was constantly told someone would get in touch to offer updates but they never did. It took multiple phone calls and e-mails from me for them to admit a problem on finance between them and Hyundai.

I was then told that they couldn't offer any further update and I just had to wait an unspecified amount of time. They wouldn't even offer a guess as to when the problem might be resolved or when I might see the car. They also refused to let me speak to a line manager or anyone senior to the person I was dealing with to explain the problem and lack of communication.

This is the first time I've used Nationwide (I've had five company cars over last twenty years) and will definitely be the last. Update - 17-05-22 - despite owners reply I'm now 17 working days further on and I still have no date for the paperwork to be completed, no date for the car to be delivered and no one willing or able to tell me when either of those things might happen. Utterly appalling customer service.

Great service, They offer the best price. I was a little hesitant at first when my first order didn't go as planned due to VW's struggle to deliver new cars, After nearly 7 months waiting I decided to give NVC another chance and pick a car which was showing stock (Audi Q3 Black Ed C&S). Thanks to Lola Maguire who dealt with my order, I am not disappointed after all.

She kept me up to date with every step and responded to any enquiry I had very quickly. She managed to get the car delivered to me within 4 weeks from start to finish. I understand that my original order didn't quite go as planned but there is nothing any other leasing company could have done differently as it is the car Manufacturer failing to deliver. I would definitely recommend NVC to anyone without a doubt. Keep up the good work

I have been a customer of nationwide for 13 yeas with 4 cars. I always find the process a bit daunting but nationwide make the process easy and enjoyable. I have just completed the purchase of a new car on a 4 year deal with maintenance contract for an extremely good price. Would have no qualms in recommending nationwide to anyone

Went through all the details of hiring a van including personal address, delivery address, licence details and even payment card detail to receive a text 10 minutes after confirmation advising that the order had been cancelled due to no availability. Surely it would make more sense to check availability of vehicle before wasting peoples time. Was going to use on a more regular basis but wont bother now and will look elsewhere.

Great service and support. I've recently leased a Mazda 3 Hatchback from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. Sue in the sales team was extremely helpful and suppoted me to find the car i wanted at the right price. I received regular updates on my order and the delivery time where quick and just as helpful. I would highly recommend leasing from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts.

Worst broker in the market. Incompetent staff and incredible lazy. Staff never have the answer to questions, it's always "it depends". No sense of urgency, you have to constantly chase them. Would never recommend, plenty of other choices out there. Response following Nationwide's reply: I can't believe the lies this business is willing to spread to make themselves look good.

I actually cancelled my order because i had enough of their incompetence and as for abuse, the manager was shouting at me over the phone because I questioned what happened to my order. They have zero knowledge about the leases they are brokering.

Shocking confrontational customer service. I ordered a car and was advised that the interior would be a particular colour (on quote and order confirmation email). It arrived with a different colour (lower spec and price) and the company simply do not care, are very argumentative and confrontational and simply pass the buck on to CAP saying it was their error.

Would strongly suggest that you spend a little more and go with a reputable firm. It appears they have the lowest prices and lowest service. Suppose you get what you pay for…

Will now have to contact the BVRLA and the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you choose a car and colour scheme don’t use Nationwide as the car you get might differ from what they advise you will get! Be warned…

This is my first time obtaining a car on a personal lease after having a company car. I did a lot of research and found Nationwide to be one of the most highly reviewed online. I was not disappointed and the service from Lola Maguire was exceptional from start to finish. Although I was informed of a 21 week lead time for my car when ordering in May it is actually due for delivery next week and have been kept to up to date all the way through the process via the online portal. Nationwide have always answered calls swiftly without hardly any waiting time and have dealt with any queries that I have had quickly and efficiently. Just can’t wait for my new car to arrive now, thank you Nationwide and Lola for a smooth hassle free and professional service.

Excellent service provided again by Nationwide, with regular communication from start to finish. New vehicle scheduled to be delivered early September. Couldn’t fault Nationwide. Excellent customer service from the start. I was impressed that they still continued to look for a great deal even when I had already decided on a vehicle/price etc. This saved me money each month. Having the online account is a great way to receive and store all your documents and keep up to date with your order. Car was delivered on time as promised.

Just leased our second car through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts and the experience was just as effortless and stress free as the first car. Never has buying a new car online been so easy. We picked the 'Hot Deals' as the delivery times are a bit shorter but the choice of models and colors are still amazing. Once you have placed your order you simply fill in the online forms and await contact by the delivery team.

Our car was delivered the same day as our old one was taken back which made the transition very easy. I would recommend Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to anyone thinking of buying a new car as the price and level of service is far better than any main dealer you could walk into. I am looking forward to the next 4 years with our new car and will definitely be ordering another one when the lease is up.
