I recently purchased my car from Dace with the help from Jon who was so helpful and professional, couldn't do enough to help and no question was too stupid (even asking how to put the car into reverse, don't ask) Nothing was pushy or forced and we had plenty of time to look around the car on our own without anyone looking over us/ feeling pressured.

Nothing was too much to ask and every detail was sorted for you right down to transferring my private plates and putting some fuel in to get us back to Leeds! I bought a used Volvo from Simon at Dace Stockport. As a woman in her 50's I have bought a few cars. I'm also married to an ex mechanic and know quite a lot about them. It was refreshing to be treated seriously at Dace, Simon answered my questions and I wasn't made to feel inadequate etc. Obviously that should always be the case these days but quite often it is not! I just recently purchased a BMW X4 from Dace, and there is without a shadow of doubt the best choice I made. Reason for saying this is their Customer Care is at a high standard and even more so important their After Sales (Kudos to Tony Jackson). You are not forgotten once you leave their forecourt. And Tony went out of his way to make sure any problems and issue were resolved asap. I will definitely go back to Dace and see Tony for my next upgrade. Ryan and Mark made my experience so easy and fluid today. Went for a test drive when I got there, checked the car was all good (which it was) ran through all the documents in about half an hour and I was ready to set off. Definitely recommend these guys. They provide a great service and I'll be going to them for my next car!

We bought our car in February and absolutely love it. Service was fantastic everyone we came into contact with were very professional and made you feel welcome. We had seen the car we wanted on Auto Trader so contacted them through the app. Also received our £50 Love2Shop voucher.

I have just bought my 2nd car from dace which is an Audi A3. The 1st car I bought was a Mazda 6 which I had no problems with. The service I received whilst looking at cars was spot on. Nobody mithered me and all cars were unlocked so I could browse at leisure and once I had chosen a car I was interested in the process was easy to get a test drive and make the purchase.

I dealt with Jason initially and then Tony both were friendly and professional throughout. I have taken the extra warranty out but hopefully I won’t have to use it, but if I do I would expect them to be as helpful as they seem pretty genuine. The car I purchased was competitively priced (not the cheapest) but seems like good value for money at the moment. Would definitely recommend friends to look at cars here.

I would not recommend Dace Specialist Car Centre because the car was had not been cleaned inside and the outside to the standard that the sailsman had promised, very disappointed

I'd definitely recommend Dace German Car Centre because great service and the sales person jake Walton explained all handover and was efficient....great service and also the company found me the best finance available .
