Fix My Tyre

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.. Went in to re-balance wheels with this company. Their fitting centre is clean and new tools but the problem is fitters are highly untrained. They impacted their wrench driver right in to my new alloys leaving cuts right down to the bare metal. Along with other damage marks they managed to do on top! Absolutely gutted. Asked the company to repair them and they were not friendly or professional at all about what had happened. Abusive and shouting at me that im a scammer! Refused to offer refund when i asked they advised me it was cheap service and what do I expect. I mean wow! These kind of cowboy companies you must AVOID AVOID. It will only end up in upset if you care for your car and your wheels. Off i go to get the wheel fix at an expensive cost. It was an expensive visit for me to this place. These alloy wheels made it all the way from USA in perfect condition and this company wrecked them in a few minutes due to carelessness. :(

BEWARE - RAC booked Fix My Tyre to attend when I hit a pot hole on a motorway. The fitter damaged my alloy wheel and when I pointed this out he said these things happen and walked off. I called Fix My Tyre whilst the fitter was still present and they asked for photos. I sent photos of the wheel before they attended and one after they attended showing the damage, very clear. I have been fobbed off, accused of causing the damage myself just before their fitter arrived and now ignored.

I have also asked for an invoice 4 times over WhatsApp, once by email and twice over the phone. They have said twice on the phone that they would send me an invoice but never have despite all this chasing.

Fleeced out of £240 to fit one cheap Chinese tyre with no care or attention causing damage my alloy wheel.

I was about to head to Birmingham when I experienced a flat tyre. Despite attempting to contact several companies, I received no response, and all the tyre shops were closed. Fortunately, this company promptly came to my aid early this morning, replaced my flat tyre with a new one, and I was back on the road. The service was exceptional – the technician was courteous, efficient, and the pricing was reasonable. I am a satisfied customer, grateful for their prompt assistance.

Absolutely excellent service. They were polite and helpful on the phone, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were able to send someone round quickly. Their tyre fixer was also very polite and managed to repair my tyre in minutes, and the price was very reasonable, especially for a late-evening visit. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fix My Tyre again.

A DREAM. Could not recommend more this company: extremely quick help, and adorable human beings. 2 of my tyres exploded on a Sunday end of day, and I would have never imagined it could have been sorted out so rapidly. and cheaply! THANK YOU AGAIN

I'm so pleased I found these guys. No need to book into a garage and wait for a day. These guys came to me on the same day. Everything was sorted really quickly. The garage would have easily been more expensive and kiwk fit didnt have any tyres. Fix my tyres sourced my tyres locally and then came to me to put them on. Great service. Can't recommend highly enough. 10/10

Great experience with this company from the time I called it took 45 minutes for them to come out replace the tyre and have the job done. Great customer service and no fuss! Couldn't recommend them more highly. Particularly compared to the prices at Kwik Fit etc. the whole job was 100 on a 2 litre turbo injected diesel coupe.

Was ready to go to Birmingham and got a flat tyre. I called a few companies and got no answer. all the tyre shops are closed. this company came out early this morning changed my tyre for a new 1 and I was on my way. very happy chap. nice and polite and the price was right

We burst a tyre on a Sunday evening and were rescued in half the time they had quoted by Jake. Jake was friendly and helpful and got us on our way again within 10 minutes. Thank you!

Dubious about using such companies. It was the first time I used them and they provided an excellent service - came within a few hours. Price was decent -not extortionate like other companies. Tyre they used was also not a cheap ones or a premium - middle of the range which is fair.

Ordered 4 tyres for my Sprinter, the man turned up the next day and did the job perfectly! So much more convenient than having to take the vehicle somewhere

Absolute top draw service! Had to make a call out on Friday afternoon over in North London to replace a flat tyre. Gave me a quote first and said they have someone over to me between 1.5 to 2 hours. Got a call shortly after to say they managed to get a Mechanic on their way in 10 minutes! Sure enough, Naveed arrives super punctual and friendly, gets the Tyre swapped and replaced in no time. All in the space of 30 Minutes. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolute life savers!
