Bought a car here last week and everything went so smoothly! Top notch customer service, they couldn't do more for me if I tried. Added in a couple of extra bits just to make buying that new car extra special. Would only recommend here to buy a car! 10/10 service.

Jason was very friendly & helpful both on my first visit including test drive & on handover including going through all controls & settings on the car.

Everybody was so helpful, especially Adam Milner who answered all my many questions. On the whole I am not a fan of car salesmen, but I have changed my mind after this experience with Carlingo. Would definitely recommend this business for helpfulness and professional attitude.

Walked into the Carlingo dealership not knowing what I wanted to get. Asked if I could test drive a couple of different cars and these were accommodated on the same day without the need to book an appointment. Adam was fantastic, knew the answers to all the questions I had about the cars in question and was very polite and friendly. When I had decided on the car I wanted to buy, Adam walked me through all the paperwork and finance and I didn't feel pressured at any point.

Unlike other dealerships I've visited previously, I wasn't bombarded with calls or emails after doing a test drive and felt like everything was done at my own pace. When it came to collect the car, Carlingo had fitted new brake disks and pads as well as 2 new tyres with almost a year still left on the MOT. Car is absolutely fantastic and Adam and the rest of the Carlingo team were excellent in accommodating me and helping me all the way through the process. Excellent dealership and if I need a new car again in the future I would be happy to return here!

We saw the car we were searching for online and duly contacted Carlingo, Richard knew about our model, which some VW dealers didn't! He asked about our part ex and offered us a reasonable package which we were happy with. I went to see the car and was pleased with the superb facilities and friendly staff especially from Adam who took me through all the features of the vehicle. I sold my car to Carlingo, their service was really helpful and friendly. From the initial call to discuss the sale, handling of documents with their team (Nicola and Richard) and their staff who collected my car, everyone was really pleasant to interact with and as helpful as possible. All my questions were answered and needs met when it came to selling the car, all in it was very quick and easy to do. Collection was organised for a specific date and once the car was checked over the sale went ahead just like that.

In a nut shell I would only ever buy from Carlingo now. From the moment I called up enquiring about a Mini I had seen online, Adam could not do enough to make our experience any more simpler. We had to travel over 200 miles to collect the car and he even came in on his day off to ensure we were looked after. Everyone I spoke with, even the lovely receptionist were highly professional and courteous, something that is missing from most companies nowadays! We had been looking for a new car for 3 months and had done a lot of visits to showrooms, but Carlingo were amazing! Cannot recommend them enough.

Top marks for customer service, friendly, honest and helpful staff. Jason was brilliant to work with buying my new car. Really nice show room with plenty of top class cars in. I already knew the car I wanted and a test drive was sorted out for me, small deposit took car off sale. I already had finance in place but Jason said they might be able to get a better deal and he was right.

Finance sorted they offered me good price on my car in part ex. Picked car up today whole process took just over a week which is good considering my shifts and test drive being on a Saturday. Will definitely be giving them a shout when I'm looking for a new car.

Buying my daughter a replacement car hers was written off was well looked after by staff and daughter happy with her choice so all in all good day.

We knew nothing about Carlingo but saw a BMW X3 for sale as we drove past, so we called in and were greeted by Adam, who is a very pleasant, patient chap who we found very accommodating. My Audi Q5 was due for changing, so we told Adam what we were interested in and instead of showing us the car, he showed us an X3 that had just come into stock with a higher spec.

Fast forward and we collected the car last week, the spec is great, and the car was immaculate when we picked it up. We need to also say a big thank you to Simon and Dealer principle Johny who played a big part in making sure our buying experience was relaxed and fun. I started looking for an Audi TT a few months ago and came across Carlingo at Harrogate. I saw a car I liked and Jason Earl ( salesman ) and Simon could not have been any nicer. arranged finance and was there to answer any questions I asked. it was a bit daunting buying a car on line but he made it feel very safe and very enjoyable. handover of the car was excellent and again I couldn't be happier with the car and the efficient service I received throughout. highly recommend them if you need to buy a car.

Went to see steve about a particular vehicle test drove and realised it wasnt for us. Steve sourced another car for us to test drive but had only just come in so not prepped so got to see the car as is which was great. Carlingo couldnt have been more helpful in what they did.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Offered a great price for my part ex and Steve was excellent in helping me purchase the right car for me, in the right way. There was no pushiness and no question too much, and I certainly tested that! Upon arrival there were friendly faces and coffees offered by reception, which was excellent to make the experience even more comfortable.
