I have been to this place 3 times. 2 time to buy a car. When I was finalizing a deal. My brother find a newer car by 2 years. 0 mileage. Cheaper. When I bought my car the key battery had an issue. I visited them. They didn't even help me out and asked me to make an appointment. It needed a simple battery change. I visited Chelsea branch they solved my issue in few seconds. I don't trust this branch.

Shocking customer service. I booked a test drive for today as I would like to order a new car, i called to confirm before I left home as I live quite far and I was told there is no car for me to test drive!. They apparently tried to contact me but I never received any missed call or voice message. And that was the second time it happened. I don't expect a service like that when I'm ready to spend over 100k on a car!

Went for a safety recall. The whole experience was great: the pick up, the registration, the waiting area and the attention. The only "but" that I could find is not having sugar for the coffee! The showroom is huge. Unfortunately not AMGs that day. Picked the car clean with a new airbag. Quick and easy!

Extremely happy with the customer service I've had from the service after sales team servicing my car today. Kept waiting 50 minutes for a booked test drive, then the second time I went back they had no details of my booking for a further test and kept waiting 40 minutes. The person who eventually gave us the keys had no clue about the car and couldn't answer my questions. Furthermore when I returned the original rep was trying to make a sale to someone else and ignored us for another 30 minutes so I just left.

I ended up buying a Taycan instead and a Fiat 500 for my business which I am thrilled with. The service for the Fiat was as you would imagine, but for the Porsche was amazing.

I recently bought a second hand vehicle from this dealership. The sales executive - Thiago - was excellent. Super informative & helpful & never once pushy in closing the deal. Thiago kept me totally up to date with the procedure all the way through & then checked in with me after delivering the vehicle to make sure all was as I expected. A really great buying experience!

Damaged my car and made me pay for it! This is the worst garage I've ever stepped foot in and the experience has taught me to never own a Mercedes again. This garage damaged my car, refused to give me a courtesy car, and a couple of days before Christmas forced me to pay 2,900. They ignore your calls, do not provide updates, unless they want money from you. The most horrific, disappointing experience in every possible way. Avoid at all costs. from the reviews I can see I'm not the only one.

Went to pick up some parts for my mercedes, the show room was superb and well lit and bright, went over to the parts section, I was dealt with my requirements by two sales staff and the transaction was completed very smoothly.
