Great service from Andy Parton from Arbury Bromsgrove! After having previously been let down by another car dealer, Andy was able to assist and provide me a car within one week of first contact. Communication was smooth and regular and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Andy was able to provide me with a video of the car as I was unable to see it in person due to living some distance away.

Once the car was ready Andy even picked me and my partner up from the train station which just added to the great service we received. A very quick and easy transaction and would highly recommend.

Outstanding and personal service in the purchase process. Steve and all staff from reception to management was attentive and always available returning calls when I had a question to ask. I asked Emily W to intervene on a query that I raised with Arbury. She has been most marvellous in taking responsibility for my enquiry, communicating back to me frequently and resolving my issue. She really is a credit to the team and gave me great confidence in the brand.

I entered the dealership to look at purchasing a new car, a man called Andrew, came up and asked if I needed help, he was super friendly and really helpful, and answered all questions I had about purchasing a new car. He made sure everything was ready for the day I picked it up, even gave me a call few days after picking car up to see if there was any problems and if I needed support, Other people in dealership was friendly and helpful when entering the dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to buy a car.

Brilliant experience getting my Motability car from Andy, friendly and welcoming. He was extremely helpful in facilitating my needs when ordering my new car and ensuring it had everything I needed. When the car arrived he was very thorough showing us around and showing me the controls. Such a pleasant experience, nothing was too much, I left a couple things in my old car and Andy text me to let me know he had found them. I love the new car, it was well worth the wait, I will be back in 3 years time!

First time I've bought a new car from a garage and not seen it in person. We used Arbury Peugeot as they had the automatic 208 we wanted in stock. The sales person Steve Harris was excellent and explained the process fully and easily. He was a very pleasant person to deal with, done with enthusiasm and kindness and attention to the details. He kept us informed all the way through and the after sales care to make sure everything was good with our new car was second to none.
