Bought a Renault Captur from Jasmine a few months ago and car is going perfect. CMW were easy to deal with and really appreciated them getting the wheels fixed and touch ups done prior to purchasing. Nice, polite, friendly staff with decent cars with low mileage. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I brought a car from here. It broke down 5 minutes after driving it off the forecourt. Matt came down to charge the battery and told my wife it would be fine. He also told us that the car passed the MOT with a ripped seat belt. It was strange that the seatbelt wasn't even mentioned on the MOT as a minor. We took the car to be checked at a garage and was told that the battery was dead and needed to be changed and that the seatbelt would fail it's MOT as it is a major.

We contacted CMW cars many times to have the battery and seatbelt put right and couldn't use the car until it was fixed. We used our time and petrol money driving up and down to get things put right with a car which should have been done before it was sold. Even having to come back because wrong parts were ordered. Eventually we had the seatbelt changed and battery changed.

When my wife first picked the car up she mentioned to Matt that the gearbox felt sticky but never dreamt of what would happen next. After having the battery changed and seat belt my wife finally was able to drive the car. She drove it a short distance and the geerbox went ping and stopped working. Imagine if that had happened on a moterway driving at high speeds, imagine what would have happened if my wife was driving with our children in the car?

There could have been a massive accident. That could have cost lives. We called to talk to matt- the person that sold us the car, we were told each time that he was unreachable. After a very long time we had the car picked up as we didn't want it anymore. We couldn't trust this company of cow boys and the admin team were so rude. Jazmin -admin at cmw cars shouted down the phone at my wife when my wife asked to talk to Matt.

And called for an update about when the car would be picked up. Jazmin put the phone down on my wife and was very rude. We were told that we would be compensated but we were not. We lost money in insurece, tax but also a full tank of petrol which we were told would be compensated when Matt picked the car up, but we weren't.more lies. And all the petrol money it cost driving up and down and all the upset and stress this caused our family.

I would definitely not ever recommend this company. The car smelt so badly when we picked it up- they said it was cleaned but it definitely wasn't. Their cars are unreliable and dangerous. You can't trust them. Terrible experience.

Just bought A fantastic BMW X3 from CMW the staff were very helpful with no pressure to to buy and made A great saving over the main dealer prices. Highly recommended. Great local family run business

Cannot fault the car and the service, Jasmine was great throughout the sale and kept me informed. Will definitely use again. One happy customer.

My husband and I purchased a car here last week, was really impressed with the service from Jasmine lovely friendly and no pressure. However the experience was ruined by the presentation of the vehicle. They had 7 days between us agreeing to buy and collecting the car but when we picked the car up it had not been cleaned. The outside was filthy and covered in cobwebs.

The inside had white marks on the seats and something had been sprayed inside which left a residue on the steering wheel, door controls etc. I called to advise them of this and they said it was cleaned and they would clean it again if I bought it back which I advised I did not have the time to do this and I have booked the car to be professionally cleaned outside my home. This is not what I would have expected and has left me feeling very disappointed.

The car I bought vaux viva 2016 1lr, lovely used car and very low milage 4000, at good price. Good costumer service. Bought in June 2020 and no issues with the car since purchase.
