Collected my car from parking bay beside my house as car was not starting when I phoned a day later they said they could not fix it. to come round and take it when I went round to the parts department to ask what was the problem I was told by a member of staff to take the car in an aggressive manner when I complained to the manager he started to make excuses for the bad manners of his staff.

I had to take a tow bar with me and tow the car away to another garage. the car was bought from gormleys so give them a wide berth no member of staff helped us to recover the car as you can see in the video I posted on YouTube your telling lies as well.if I was aggressive or abusive why did the owner apologize for the staff member by the way the person in the video is a family member not any of their staff. doesn't surprise me why they lost the dealership of big companies and now sell overpriced second hand cars

Fabulous service from Gormley Motors. Having dealt with the garage on numerous previous occasions, we asked Noel Gormley if he could find us an SLK with leather seats, sat nav and possibly air scarf, although given our budget we were prepared to compromise. Having listened to us, talked over what to expect and that it could take time to source, but Noel would keep in contact with us, he searched the UK high and low and found us a car, in budget, that has blown our minds! The service he and his team, including after sales, provides is second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending Gormley Motors to anyone.

I can only say good words about them, very nice staff and yo're sure you will never be overcharged. Kind of expensive yes but once a repair its done yoy d9nt have to comeback to do it again in a week or so

I have dealt with this garage over the years under different management, I've found that they are straight, maybe not as cheap as doing it yourself or possibly some mechanic next door but it's the on time and reliable, professional service that keeps me coming back.

Staff is friendly helpful and responsive, well ran garage with good stock of parts, wide selection of new and used cars, located directly next to a filling station. What else could you want?

Gormleys Garages provide an excellent service as a vehicle dealership and repair outlet. They show particular care and interest in older disabled customers and show keen awareness of mobility needs.
