Bought 2 cars worth half million pounds and 1 of my car (Ferrari pista) delivered with an empty tank. And the other (McLaren 675 LT) with a fault showing on a faulty rear lamp. Absolutely disgusted at the way I've been spoken by Tom Hartley when I raised the issues with him. The man has no respect, class and morals. Would never do any business there again.

Having looked for a Ferrari 360 for some time I recently bought from TH. The car was well above the standard of any I had viewed and Jack was candid about the low spec but emphasised the history and condition. He also showed me around the excellent showroom and made me feel very welcome; subsequently we agreed on a fair price based on the current market and I placed my deposit pending inspection.

The pre-purchase inspection raised a single concern which had already been addressed by Jack before I had time to query it, and I collected the car shortly afterwards. On collection the car cut out, and Tom insisted that the car was brought back to be fixed by his garage; a minor fault with the isolator was found and the car was returned right to my door on Anglesey! Great hospitality and a refreshingly sensible sale from Jack and excellent customer service and support from Tom. Will definitely be back when able!

I have now bought a second vehicle from Tom Hartley, the service you get from this company is absolutely excellent. Jack is a super chap, delivered my new car and explained everything about it. If you are looking to buy a class car with great after service you will not find any better than Tom Hartley.

Bought my first proper super car from Tom a mclaren. Tom was lovely very down to earth and quite humble. Made me coffees and showed me round all the showrooms which was nice to see. No pressure on the sale. Carl was lovely too after going back to complete the sale. Had a couple of problems with the car after purchase but was soon rectified by Tom and Carl. Lovely showroom and grounds would definitely buy from them again.

What a fabulous unparalleled buying experience. When we arrived we were welcomed in by Jack who had no problem letting my 4 children in to look round the beautiful cars. Real class act and we certainly appreciated the time. Even Tom Hartley dropped in to introduce himself! Slightly embarrassed as I am a bit of a fan but all the same a nice touch. Car is absolutely immaculate and experience was delivered in an old school highly professional, interested and caring way. Even sorted private number plates for me.
