I picked up my new Ninja 650 today from Robinsons at Rochdale. The ride home was ace and the bike handles superb. I saw the information of a KTM adventure 990 on eBay, and I visited Robinsons bike shop this afternoon. I have to say It was nice talking with their staff Nick, even though I didn't buy that bike today. He is friendly and willing to help. As an international student, I knew nothing about the insurance price. He helped me check the insurance and gave me many pieces of useful advice.

I really appreciate it. I think Robinsons bike shop really cares about their customers instead of just selling bikes. They are looking after me. Therefore, I strongly recommend this bike shop.

I was lucky enough to have seen a Kawasaki Vulcan 650 on the Robinsons website just before Christmas. Phoned and spoke to Andy - who was very helpful indeed. I was a little wary as I have ever bought a bike this way before, (I'm in Scotland), and trusted someone to deliver it. Well, I needn't have worried! From my first call to the delivery of my beautiful bike it couldn't have gone any smoother.

The bike is so much better than in the photos - infact it looks brand new and straight out the showroom! It is immaculate. I would recommend Robinsons every day of the week, and if I had to in the future, they would be my first port of call if looking for another bike. Thank you Robinsons!

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Nick was really helpful and helped me every step of the way in getting my dream bike! A Ducati 748. I live a bit away from Robinsons, Nick made sure that the bike was sorted so I would have no problems with it.

Got my bike, gear and CBT all in one place, great friendly staff, very happy biker! UPDATE A FEW MONTHS ON. I cannot thank them enough for getting me from busses to bikes, I have had no problems whatsoever, I love my bike, I love my kit and next year I'll be back to do my licence and rip my L plates off! What I really like about them is their knowledge, I knew nothing at the time and could of been ripped off by them and not known, now I know about stuff and I can say they were honest, and knew exactly what they was doing, I wanted to pay for safety not name, they sold me safety!

The Lady that did my CBT sure had lots of patience and lots of friendly, kind chatter, wasn't just a teacher but made me feel like a friend, she didn't make it feel like I was under pressure, or being tested if I made a mistake, I urge everyone that wants to get into biking to walk in and just talk about it!
