After what I thought was a great purchase of a car, it seems that it has been one of the worst experiences I've had in a while! After looking round the Audi Q3 with Robert Armstrong we pointed out a few things which needed sorting such as a small paint chip on the bonnet, a few small dents and the back two tyres needed changing due to being cracked.
When picking up the car it looked as if all the tyres had been changed but in reality they haven't. When driving home the TPS light came on but when looking at the tyres they all looked fine so I reset it and carried on with my day. 3 days later after driving home from work the same tyre warning came up and I had a flat tyre! After being recovered, I spoke with JT Hughes who requested I took my car there but how can I trust them now once this has happened?!?
They have not wanted to take any responsibility in regards to replacing the tyres which we agreed in the original sale which just makes me think what other things may of been missed? I would avoid this disloyal company and take your business else where unless you want to made to feel as if they do not trust you etc.

Disappointed. My father recently purchased a 16 plate honda jazz from JT Hughes. Prior to the sale we both had a look at said vehicle. The car was shown to us with the original "jazz" logo'd mats, and the vehicle also had a few light, but noticeable scratches, which salesman Dan said would be machine polished out. When my father had purchased the car and I popped by to have a look at it, the mats were not present.
He called JT Hughes and enquired about them to be told no mats were included with the sale. Now a couple of weeks later the scratches that weren't present upon collection have re-appeared. Obviously a filler glaze, wax, whatever, was used to hide the scratches and now that has worn off it's quite apparent that the car has not been machine polished.
Pretty poor for a honda main dealer, and not what you expect. The same level of service could be had at any used car dealer site, even ones with multi coloured bunting flying round the forecourt. I hope JT Hughes aren't expecting any future custom!

Booked my Honda for a recall. Took a day off and went for the appointment. Waited 2hours for it as not live in a town. Came 11am, my appointment schedule, took my car and been told it will be 1h. Went to the shop for a wonder around only to have a phone call that they can't do my car as they haven't got a part. Absolutely not acceptable as booked this recall appointment about 10 days before, so plenty of time to get the parts required. Still waiting to sort my car out but silent from a Honda. Not very professional at all plus they cost me a financial loss for taking day off.

Disappointed with two aspects. Firstly, we were told the service and MOT would take 2 to 3 hours and upon arrival were informed it would take 4 to 5 hours! Secondly, part of the 'service promise' was to give a complimentary wash and vac. The car had been washed after a fashion but was returned with smeers and dribbles all over and visibility through all windows was poor.
The inside was not vacuumed which was disappointing. We had washed the outside 2 days prior and can honestly say it came back dirtier than it went out. I am hoping that the service and MOT was carried out to a higher standard! I have given 3 stars as the staff were friendly and we have been happy with past performance, though am seriously thinking of taking it elsewhere next time.

From the minute we chose our car to the minute we picked the car up we were treated courteously. Amy was fantastic, very professional and talked us through everything we needed to know (sometimes twice) I would highly recommend TJ Hughes for their service and aftercare service. Well done Amy your a star!
