I had a great experience with Castle Motors. When I arrived the vehicle I wanted to see was having its MOT done, the helpful lady on reception spoke to Jon who asked if I could wait 10 minutes while he went to fetch the vehicle. I was happy to wait and he directed me to where I could get a coffee and invited me to browse the cars while I waited. To their credit all the cars looked very well prepared and the 'normal' cars were as well prepared as the supercars. Jon arrived with the car which was exactly as described, I took it for a quick test drive and everything was perfect.

On my return Jon gave me a good part exchange price for my car and I left a deposit to secure the car. I arranged a date and time to collect my new car, Jon was waiting for me, we went through the paperwork and I drove away a few moments later. I am so happy with my new car and found the whole experience with Castle Motors very positive. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and Jon was very friendly and helpful, he even unlocked the Ferrari for me to have a sit in as I had mentioned that my French Bulldog would love to sit in the little seats in the back!

I recently purchased a car from Castle Motors and from the moment I contacted them (thank you Ollie) to collecting my car the service that I received was outstanding. Unlike most car dealerships there was no hard sale and nor was there any judgement on the way you where dressed, which all in all made my dealings with Castle Motors a pleasure. I was amazed on the very high standard in which their cars were presented, regardless of the price of the vehicle.

I'd been looking for a flawless 350Z and the one they had was leagues ahead of other examples I'd seen. The service was fantastic, no upselling or pressure tactics, easy part exchange and I drove away in it the same day. Once I got the car up on a ramp at my local garage we confirmed the car was everything I'd hoped for. Flawless. Very happy.

I was after a VAT qualifying car from them but as it was too munch trouble to process the relief through a disability adaptation, and they had other interest and couldn't be bothered. No problem I will spend my money elsewhere! UPDATE. I did get contacted by Dale and we did do the deal in the end. Although I left before, they did pull the deal off even though the original salesman said they had easier sales so were not interested in selling to me. But I have the car and love it! It's the quality I knew I would get from Castle Motors and I will certainly buy from them again and recommend them.

Throughout the purchase of a Jeep, I spoke to a few different people and they were all extremely helpful. There was a delay on my side of me collecting the car and they could not of been more accommodating. Would happily come back here again for future purchases.

Very happy to recommend Castle Motors. I travelled from Kent to pick up my vehicle unseen from them. It was well worth the journey. It was superbly presented and the transaction was very smooth and easy. I don't normally write reviews but think the way this business is run deserves praise.

Dean and Dale at Castle Motors best ever service - saw car in morning and drove home in it that afternoon, including a very fair trade in. The facilities are brilliantly presented as are all the cars in a very accessible location. Cannot fault it. Open 7 days a week is a real plus as well.

Great service all round from Castle Motors when purchasing my Porsche Macan. I dealt with Lee throughout the process. He was friendly and informative at all times and made all aspects of the purchase very easy. The car was presented in top condition. Like nothing I have seen before! A fantastic service and experience start to finish.

Castle Motors talk a good service - their salesman, Christopher, makes all the right noises when promising dedicated aftersales service to sort out any snags. I gave up half a day to take my (expensive) car back to eliminate a constant annoying squeak in the boot. After hearing their Service Director telling the technician, "we're not going to waste our time sorting out rattles and squeaks", I drove the car home with a severely overtightened boot door, the squeak persisting.

A call to Christopher had him promising to sort it out. A week later, I had heard nothing back. So, I have adjusted the boot door back to normal tolerances and had the squeak sorted out by another dealer. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose it in a completely different part of the boot. Conclusion - Castle Motors look like an upmarket outfit, but underneath they're fully signed up with the Cornish "Keep It Crap" Brigade.
