The reason it's 4 star instead of 5 is i was three months late getting my car, I ordered in December and only received in June when it should of been 1st March, I acknowledge that covid was a contributing factor but still very disappointing. My salesman was Paul Massey and he did everything he could to get my car to me asap and it was an absolute pleasure to of dealt with him, what a gem! If I could give him 6 stars I would but this review is of MG Chapelhouse, not just him.

I've only had my MG ZS Exclusive a few weeks and am very happy with it so far. Had to wait longer than expected for delivery but that was out of the control of the dealership and seems to be a problem with other manufacturers too. From the test drive to delivery and collection everything went smoothly. My partner got her Kia from Chapelhouse so that's two happy customers. Special mention to Paul Massey for excellent customer service.

I cannot remember the name of the lady. I dealt with.but she was excellent and help me out a lot. Even managed to organise a same day service for my vehicle. Even more appreciated as it was Christmas Eve. She was a great ambassador for the company. And I would highly recommend them based upon my experience
