Went to the dealership today to look at Dodge Ram black edition very friendly staff most welcoming really know what there talking about the lady spent a lot of time explaining all the different options and what options would best suit my needs and I never felt rushed or pressured i learnt a lot put it this way I spend a lot of money on cars and I had better service here than I did when I went to buy a 120,000 Mercedes they new exsactly what they was talking about nothing was to much to ask I'm hopefully now going to order a new ram with them this month for January.
I really do recommend this dealer ship to any one who wants a motor all they want to do is help and I spent 3 hours there and not once I felt like I was asking to much or wasting there time absolutely 5* also my friend has a Dodge Ram he needed a part the guy took time out to find and help get this part he new exsactly what it is he needed great service to shame all the other garages weren't the same as this thank you so much for everything keep up the good work

Well I just bought my first Dodge Ram from David Boatwright Partnership. I was told by Richard about a vehicle they had coming in shortly which from his explanation was perfect for me, as I like my cars being "Just So". Well after 3 weeks of waiting for finance companies to get into gear after the lockdown and having many conversations with the Boatwright office, I have her . Fabulous, first class service from start to finish in these testing times and the vehicle was presented to me, a three year old beast but was like a brand new model.
Can't fault the service from this company, very helpful and meticulous. Thank you all and will see you next year for a new one. P.s Toni is the backbone of the office but don't tell her as Richard might have to give her a company car

What can I say Definitely 5 Star service A few years back my Hummer H2 blew a gearbox on a Thursday morning A call to Richard & the team a new gearbox was ordered & sent to the uk & we was back on the road on the Tuesday! How's that for service No messing around 130,000 miles later it's still going strong towing Nice genuine people to deal with

Hi All, here is my free advice as i built my business on online reviews, recommendations and after sales so i always say as i find to help others chose who to buy from! Make sure you order your new truck here at Boatwright no names mentioned but there are only a couple of importers in UK and i ended up buying else where massive mistake as the after sales was terrible and i had to wait 6 months to get an indicator fixed grrrr, recently i needed some wheel sensors for a winter set of rims and after being messed around by where i bought my truck for over 20 days i had to come back to Boatwright who i thought may be in two minds to tell me where to go after i never purchased my truck from him however he never did and bent over backwards for me and said he would have my sensors delivered the next day. Great service here i should have bought my truck from here but learn from your mistakes ill be coming here next time.
