I've recently had occasion to buy and sell a car through Paul Bailey Car Sales and they are the most helpful, cooperative and efficient people I've come across for a long time. I also know that the prices involved were extremely competitive so that I got a great deal from them on both the purchase and the sale. Finally because of things that happened I know Brad Bailey is a man you can absolutely trust to be totally fair and honest. If you're looking to buy or sell a car - look no further.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked this garage to service my car, check and replace my rear brakes and give it a new mot test. They ignored the first two requests and put it through an mot test, unsurprisingly the car failed on the rear brakes! When I asked why they would put a car through an mot with a known fault which I had asked them to repair they were rude and unresponsive. I believe they were trying to scam me into doing more expensive work as the car would have failed its mot and possibly not be able to be moved!

Well run family business. Will not rip you off. Go there every year for mot's and repairs. Definitely recommend it.

Bought a car from Paul Bailey in November 2018, drove it home the same day. However had to return as it had issues with the car even though they said it had been checked and it was all ok. It needed two new wheel bearings as well as the front brakes would squeak like hell, also ask them to check the power steering pump as it was making noises. They were adamant that the brakes and power steering pump was in good working order.

A few weeks later the power steering pump packed up! I had to go back again this was my third visit and they had no option to replace the pump as the car was still under warranty. Not to my knowledge that they had replaced with a part-used pump just to fob me off and now 5 months down the line it has gone again. Anyone thinking of buying a car from these guys, make sure the car is WELL looked over before purchasing! There happy to take your money but when it comes to problems they didn't seem to be interested.

Friendly service, all the stock seems of a high standard. I bought a relatively cheap car but it was serviced, cleaned and they even put some fuel in it. A refreshing dealer experience

Fantastic for repairs and car sales, I bought a car from them and couldn't be happier. They have also looked after the repairs and MOT's on both of our family cars, and they always offer great service, including a free courtesy car. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially in an area of business where it is really hard to find someone you can trust.
