Driving down the road and my land rover lost all the brakes. almost ran someone over, luckily was not far from home and could limp it to my car park. turns our brake hoses all split, was mentioned in 2019, 2020 on the MOT however not in 2021 when it was MOT for sale? now I am without 30,000 and without a car, whilst a wait for a refund. also had to pay for my recovery, and had issues such as no Aircon when I collected, EGR sensor that was faulty, so many visits to the dealership! I am have been requesting a refund but now must wait for director to come back from his day off. cheers guys!

Wonderful service from Quirks Car Company. My husband and I visited this dealer looking for a car. Jason assisted us and answered all of our questions. We finally found a nice car and we were very pleased with they way he explained all our options on the car, from the financing to the the additions that we can avail for the car itself. I purchased my car from this company 13 months ago. Recently I realised there was a finance mark not related to this dealership on my vehicle. I tried dealing with the finance company incorrectly claiming this mark to no avail! In desperation, I called quirks car company and within a day they had assisted and rectified the error that wasn't their fault and certainly not their problem really. On the day of buying my car a squeaking noise appeared. I got in contact and was told to just book it in with Mercedes as that was their problem apparently. I have now had to fork out 550 to repair worn out bushes within 1 week of buying the car. I have decided to sell the car as I have been offered a job in London. Went to sell the car and it turns out I wasn't properly registered for the car by Matt so no one was able to sell it.
I am now having to wait another week for the new V5 to turn up. I understand that issues can occur but it would have been nice if they were more understanding and dealt with it better.

I accidentally bought a new car after going to Quirks with him in doors. I was offered the key of the car I was admiring, why not I thought. I accidentally sat in the car and then found myself on a test drive. I then accidentally offered my car up for an appraisal. Apparently that's all I needed to do. Hey presto I am the very proud and happy owner of an amazing SL500. The quality of the service is mirrored by the quality of the car. A top quality company. I ordered a car and paid my substantial deposit, but for personal reasons I had to cancel the car. Lewis and Ross immediately returned my deposit in full, no quibble, no fuss just my deposit returned.
