A MINI over three years old requires an annual MOT test to ensure that you car meets safety requirements and environmental standards. When you bring your MINI to one of our Service Centres, it'll go through an electronic visual health check (EVHC).

Often visit to pick up parts. Normally go into the BMW garage next to Mini. Had a good range of stock and was clean and tidy. Would be good to open car park up a bit to visitors as it can be tight at times and sometimes overflows to road along side. All in all though a good experience and will definitely be visiting again.

I would like to say a big thank you to Lauren for the service and support we received when purchasing our new mini. Lauren kept us posted of progress with our build from start to finish. I have just picked up the third mini I have bought from Fairfield MINI in Southend. As always, the staff have looked after me, helped me to get the exact model to meet my requirements and looked after me every step the way. Due to problems in the industry, I had to wait a little while extra for this one, but they kept me appraised at frequent intervals. I know they will look after it for me too as their servicing standards match their sales!

We ordered a new Mini Countryman from Fairfield Mini and was thoroughly disappointed with their service. While we was placing the order the sales manager spoke to us during the transaction and said that if we needed any information we could also speak to him as well as the salesman. To be honest it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. A few weeks later I decided to check on the progress of the order and called Fairfield's several times over the course of a few days, continually leaving polite messages for a return call.
As the salesman didn't return any of my calls I decided to take the sales manager up on his offer. Unfortunately he was just as difficult to contact! When I finally did get to have a conversation with him he told me he'd been really busy, although when questioned couldn't really justify how over several days between two of them, neither could spare a few minutes to return my call. Moving on, we were given a delivery date which changed a couple of times, firstly brought forward and then put back, I'd organised time off work for collection and of course that was then no good.
Finally the car arrived, but there was a really uncomfortable atmosphere at the handover and eventually the business manager offered my wife some Mini accessories and some flowers in way of an apology. The problem is they present themselves as a premium brand charging top end prices for a small 5 door hatchback, but sadly don't have the staff to support this brand.
I've bought from Fairfield BMW and they were superb but please don't waste your time even looking in Fairfield Mini. The new showroom is awkward at best, I hate being called mate by salesman and for a short drive to Cooper's or Sytner's you'll enjoy a much better experience. Fairfield need to retrain staff in the BMW customer service way and start acting the way the brand requires. We wouldn't go back there if the car was half price and most definitely wouldn't recommend them. Please see the awkward pictures of their car park.
