Bought a used car from Usedcar123 in york... Got a health report that was done on the back of a fag packet. Driving my two young children around in the car and turns out the brakes discs are so bad... my local mechanic said that its not safe to drive. ABS on continually, Clutch dual mass fly wheel and servo not in any good shape. Finance company mediating and then the joke warranty you receive wont pay out as they dragged it out so long the MOT had passed and they wont pay out even though it wouldn't pass an MOT. Go elsewhere for your own sake and dont be a MUG like i was made to be. This will be posted on every Dealer review i can find to save people the hassle

Looked at a car these guys had on...fitted the bill and what we wanted. On leaving a deposit we agreed that we would buy with new MOT and all advisories fixed. Drove away car after a week and the issues started. We contacted them but would not budge ..... 3 weeks after buying the car we have spent £800 to get it roadworthy! Avoid at all cost

Sold me a car needing urgent repairs. The car was not even checked over before it went out! Their stock of cars are dirty, ill maintained and they still want top money! They have endangered my family's safety by letting a car leave their premises in such a poor mechanical condition. The brake disks were so badly worn and corroded it was an accident waiting to happen!
I did not bother with their warranty as it appears they make it up as they go along. Instead i took it to a reputable garage for peace of mind. They come across as nice people when they are taking your money & in reality are the stereotypical dishonest car dealer prepared to take short cuts for personal gain. I presented them with J1500 of repair bills and received a mear J150 as full and final contribution to repair costs! This tells you something about their ethics!
