Services
Fairfield began in 1967, establishing a Lotus Franchise based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex. Six years on, in 1973 Fairfield chose to become exclusively a BMW Dealer. In 1990, the Fairfield Bodyshop opened; a BMW approved accident repair centre. Fairfield moved to their current site in 1997. The Fairfield MINI showroom was opened in 2001 and was one of the first standalone MINI operations in the Country.

The BMW representative Craig Brooks supported us through our new car purchase (2 Series Active Tourer) and I was very happy with the service we received. Craig was friendly, courteous and above all not pushy at all giving us plenty of time to consider options and giving us good advise. Must confess not what I expected! A follow up call to check all was Ok was the cherry on the cake. Thank you.

I would just like to send my thanks to Chris Wilson at Fairfield BMW. The service I was given during the purchase of my 1 series was excellent. Chris showed me all the features of the car during the test drive and was able to answer all my questions. I was happy to except there px offer and was given a fair price. When I collected my car Chris dealt with everything and showed me all I needed to know to have a safe drive home. Fairfield BMW are not part of a bigger group and it shows you get personal service which is excellent. I hope Fairfield maintain there independence it really does make a nice change in this corporate world.

Popped in today to get a closer look at a few models we have been looking at. A member of staff called Chris came over. Very polite and helpful. Listened to what we were looking for, and then showed us the models they had. He was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Not pushy at all, just helped us get a better idea of what we might want. We now look forward to booking a test drive once we decide what car we want.

Took in for a break fluid service & started having dashboard issues straight after, in a car that had not caused me any issues beforehand. Spoke to Julia over the phone, who knew little about my vehicle, guessed at what the issue may be & asked me to look for things in my vehicle that do not exist. She also refused as good will to investigate why I was having this issue & wanting to charge me 145 per hour for any work. I took it to local garage & they noticed settings had been changed (not by me I must add) fixed for free.

Not good customer service I think, I wanted to buy a vehicle but sales team was not negotiable at all. I was looking to part exchange my vehicle, They said this is the price we offering for your vehicle which was low compared to 2 other dealerships and asked me to pay full amount for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. No negotiations.

Always been helpful over the years. Update: 29/12/21 We had an issue with our car. Even though fully booked Hannah in service arranged a hire car i3 and put our car in the queue to have the software update and oil change. Fantastic service. Thank you Hannah and the team.

I have to say that in my experience not all dealers are the same - there are as many bad/mediocre ones as there are good. 'Excellent' is very rare indeed. Well I found excellence in Fairfield BMW. From start to finish they were responsive, flexible, friendly and looked after me pre and post purchase. Steve Putney was 1st Class. Many thanks Steve and Fairfield for making this such a good experience.

From my initial phone call to book my service all the way through to having my car serviced I felt the service advisor/s were very helpful and kept me informed all the way through. They couldn't do more to assist which made the whole service experience an absolute pleasure. Well done to all of the service team and thanks. Certainly will be using them for service in future.

I am absolutely thrilled with my service from Fairfield BMW. I had to travel a fair distance to Collect my car as I don't live locally. They were helpful and done most things online and via email for me. Jay Singh was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The lady also at the Welcome desk was so lovely and friendly. It made the whole process smooth and easy. Would and will definitely use again in the future. Many thanks
