Bought a mini just before Christmas 2021. In spite of the car developing a fault (auto stop-start malfunction), Elliot and his team were very quick to respond and collected the car the next day. Although the car had to go back twice) as there was a software update, they gave me a courtesy car. Very often, after sales is where a company fails to perform, in our case they couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Very, very good indeed.

Family owned dealership -brilliant customer service I recently bought my mini from the Chelmsford Car Company and was honestly blown away that there are still family businesses out there which offer this standard of customer service. When I brought the car home there was a problem with the tyres showing they were all low pressure so Eliot instantly suggested I bring the car back and fixed what turned out to be a minor problem while we waited. So far, I couldn't be happier with my not-so-new car!
