Fantastic service from Daryll. Bought a vehicle from them and got it home no problems after a couple of weeks had a few issues with it. Gave them a call arranged to bring it back to them for repair. They repaired it without any problems at all. They were Fantastic had it back the next day. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We went to look for a car last week and had an idea of what we wanted. We was greeted by a very polite man who was more than happy to answer any questions and for us to test drive whichever car we would like. He was available to answer any questions but also gave us the freedom to look ourselves. We felt no pressure from them at all and felt they were very open and honest.

The car we purchased need a very minor repair which we were informed of before even looking at the vehicle. We knew we would need to wait a few days before taking the vehicle but we were kept up to date throughout. We collected the car yesterday and again they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We would definitely buy a car from here again in the future. All round great bunch of people who made our car buying experience easy and smooth. Thanks guys

Absolutely amazing world class sales and customer service. JAMES made everything effortless from the word "Hi". I wanted a reliable car with everything working and it to have 7 seats that wouldn't break the bank. James knew exactly what he was on about, he was so confident in representing the company which I thought he owned. Due to his professionalism and his customer caring approach.

The vehicle was delivered to my home in no time. In immaculate condition. It's very clear that the company only go for great cars. Payment was very simple and quick which is great. Then you think that's it deal done. Not in this case, James called me to let me know he has some other entertainment items that was believed not to be there. A freebie I guess that the previous owner had.

So he took it upon himself to ask how I was getting on and how the car was treating and to expect a package for the in car entertainment system. I'm so impressed with the service this is where I'll come to get my cars in future. Thank you James

Nice and easy to speak to, nothing to much trouble for the staff. For a female, staff very polite and explained everything every step of the way, Even the button functions in the car. Saw a rare 3 door red focus ST for sale on Autotrader from Canvey Trade Cars. I spoke with James and he was very informative and honest about the vehicle. I took the chance and drove 160 miles down there which took 3 hours, but it was worth it! Car was lovely and I was left to have a look around it at my own leisure. After a test drive there was a slight knock from the rear, John and James said they would sort that and M.O.T the vehicle so a deal was made. I collected the car a week later and its been great, really good and enjoyable experience buying from Canvey Trade Cars.

Went there as a friend told me she used them in the past but the cars were so expensive and a man with a bald head spoke so rude to me and my husband. We left and will never go back.
