Agree with others. The car sale went through great but after sales is shocking! I am still waiting for a call back as we found that we had no owners handbook with ours. Been chasing since being fobbed off and not even getting call backs when I call and leave the messages with the girls on the desk. *Bear in mind the good reviews are from people happy with getting their cars as we were AND are asked to write a review whilst sitting at a desk on handover.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Got my last two cars from this dealer and been very happy with customer service Unfortunately this time finances haven't been accepted and been told that 500 deposit will be refunded immediately, unfortunately two weeks later money are still not back. Been calling and spoken with my salesman Daniel and when asked why does that still not completed, been told that the company doesn't care about 500 and that they are making over 1m a year.
I understand that this person does not represent the whole company, but wouldn't go back at any cost. They are very polite while you are choosing the car, but the moment they realise that will not get the sales, story is changing, needed to chase couple of days to find out if finance been approved. I'm glad that found the different dealers and got my new car with no hustle for better price.

The only good thing about this company is the sales team! Sale went through very smoothly - but then it went downhill. Car sold to us with 'chunks' out of two of the tyres. I was advised that as long as they pass an MOT they wouldnt replace them. Not concerned about the safety element AT ALL. The main problem however is the money they owe me. Not just the 500 deposit but also the large sum I am due back from downsizing. 11 days now and still no money - despite me chasing. Looks like I will be going downt the legal route.

Just travelled 50miles to come and see a car we would of liked to possibly purchase but was then told that we would have to pay to reserve the car and be sure we want it before we take it on test drive. How ridiculous is that? Buy a car without test driving on the basis that I take the representatives word that the car drives well. The representative we spoke to is Daniel D.
This should of been made clear when I spoke to them over the phone otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time coming. So if your looking to buy a car without test driving it first or having no clue what it feels like then this is the place for you.

Saxton 4x4 were fantastic because the staff went above and beyond at every step. They made sure I understood everything as we progressed and kept me updated as to when the car would be ready. The handover was superb and Minhaj-Ahmed, my handover specialist was on hand during pickup to make the experience all the more special! 10/10 all round.

I bought a Discovery Sport from this company in September. It developed a problem with the first six weeks. Took it into the approved garage as they advised. Was without the car for three weeks and no hire car offered. Collected it on Monday, by Wednesday a new warning message appeared on the dashboard. Took it back to the garage, they said it's a new fault.
Almost a month later (20 Jan) and car is still not working. Also since found out the car does not have a full service history despite what I was told at the showroom. I asked for a refund on 31 Dec in line with my statutory rights and still not had a response. The impression I get from the research I have done since is if you are unlucky and your car has a fault, the response will be far from satisfactory. I've read too many reviews of people with similar experiences. Please do your research and don't take the risk. Registered dealers only for me now.

Proper bunch of thieves, bought a car range rover sports and paid 40K.no paper work shown to me until I had a log book showing 2 previous owner but Saxton missold to me with one previous owner. Saxton also lied about the car service history which I found out after making full payment. Staff is very rude as refuse to take return. Car matts were also nicked when handed over to me.
Within 3 months car have number issues which I struggle to get on board with Saxton. I highly recommend main dealer when you can buy a car in a same price with 1 year dealer approved warranty. Avoid these bunch of crooks.

I personally had a really good experience with Saxton. I was dealing with a salesman called Imran who was very professional. This was my first time buying something of this level and Imran made the process very easy. Will be recommending family and friends to visit even if it's just to look around the showroom.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER NOT recommend at all. The Lowest customer service I have ever seen. Irresponsible sales team and service centre. Have purchased a range rover velar 2018 for 45k. from the point i bought the car the engine had a weird loud noise and I had to take it to garage, just to be told the belt and tensioner needed to be changed, assuming that was it but noticed the coolant level low message. at first I thought it needs a top up that garage did it for me but the message kept appearing again so the garage (RAC approved) has advised me to change the cooler and pipes which is gonna cost 700 and the warranty will not cover that.my car is the garage for TWO weeks and no one even bother to answer.moreover the parcel shelf is missing as well as the trim on the roof.
The car software is frozen and will cost 320 to be fixed by the Land rover. I Have been trying calling the company almost 26 times over the past month and a half and every single time they took my number to call me back but I have never received a call back. Stay away from this seller and save yourself unnecessary headache and endless trouble. The car problems seems to be never ending and Saxton customer service stopped after they sold the car to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL and will chase this until its resolved.
