Drive from airport to home was frightening - driver Abduk Mohibe drove at 88mph, zooming up close to cars, serving Lanes without indicating, nearly crashed when joined roundabout without stopping. When I asked him to slow down he was sarcastic. Shouldn't be allowed kn the roads let alone driving a taxi.

Mixed experiences. Used them once before, physicallt getting a taxi from their office at the station and that was fine. Today, have tried calling maybe 6 times throughout the day and every time they answer but then immediately hang up without saying anything.so I don't think I'll be using them for my taxi ride tomorrow morning!

Expensive fares. Taxi didn't have a card reader so we had to waste another 30minutes to find a cash machine at midnight. Not happy with the service

Tried to get a taxi home when my wheelchair ran out of battery, unfortunately they had no wheelchair accessible vehicles available. Despite not being able to get me home, the gentleman was very friendly and allowed me to charge my chair in the office for a short while until I had enough power to continue my journey. I would have been stuck if it wasn't for their help and kindness. Thank you your help is much appreciated and I got home safe. (Would have been 5 stars if an accessible vehicle was available).

I needed a car quite quickly and they didn't disappoint. A car was despatched and I was on my way very speedily. I don't live in the area anymore as now live in Dorset but I have used this Company before. Prices are reasonable.

Excellent journey from Stanmore to Ealing on a very warm and busy Friday afternoon. The driver was completely calm as he avoided the worst of the jams and we made the trip in good time. Comfortable car and good value. Highly recommended.

Taxi to Edgware hospital, brilliant. Did a wait and return, got a fixed price. They were exactly on time as booked. The driver was calm, responded to conversation l made, and it was a very comfortable ride. Thank you, will use your services again.

Driver had no mask on, and was on the phone the whole journey screaming! Had to turn on my music full vol, and have both back windows down fully to drown it out! When couldn't take it anymore, asked him to stop the car. He then started swearing at me, saying he will kill me! What a lovely start to a sat night. Will not be using them again! Shame up to now been a great service, with lovely drivers, and v nice new cars. :

I needed a taxi for my son during rush hour. No ubers were available. I phoned and they booked me a taxi straight away. They arrived early and were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.
