Pre- sales staff great - pickup/handover tardy -with battery warning lights going off on a car with c.4k miles on the clock. Overall this is a no frills service, and I really mean no frills.

I phoned up to book a service, Keith phoned me back. Got a suitable date, thought all good. Then when I asked about price I said was a bit expensive. I was told by a lady previously that when the car was due give us a shout and we can sort something out. I highlighted this and keiths tone changed. Became rude and a bit aggressive, asking me who told you this and if your car was older we can sort something. Cause it was the first service it is wat it is. Won't be going back in future, local dealer where I got the car from done me a deal very easily. Your loss!

Having enquired about and subsequently agreed to purchase a used car from this BMW dealership, I've been particularly pleased and impressed with the overall buying experience. My dealings with Jim and Stuart have been marked by a level of customer service and responsiveness that, in my experience, has been second to none. Despite this being my first 'long-distance' car purchase, the process to date has been quick, easy and hassle-free.

After searching BMW for approved used cars, and narrowing the search down to a few specifics, I emailed the garages for details. Ryan from the country garage was in touch straight away, answering all my concerns and requests, from photos to videos. Then I realised I'm in England and this car is in Northern Ireland, I was concerned and maybe apprehensive about going through with the deal.

My mind was completely put at ease, the car is a distance purchase, so if not happy after 14 days it goes back. The finance and warranty was the same as if I'd bought up the road from my house. The car was transported over to me, the communication couldn't have been better. The car was better than I'd imagined. Hopefully I get my term on the car seen through, and as for the next, I'd have no qualms seeing the country garage in Northern Ireland again. After sales has been amazing, I'm more than happy.

Where do I start. Jim McIlwaine, Michael Simpson and Roger (The genius) From the moment I met you, the hospitality and customer care was 5 STAR! The three of you are extremely professional and everything just flowed. The buying of my BMW was a very pleasant experience. Jim a very big thank you to you, for adding the M-Sport emblem to my car, I was genuinely blown away by your kind and thoughful gesture.

I will definitely be recommending BMW Ballymena to all my friends and family. I would also just like to add the receptionist at the front desk are also so friendly and helpful. Thank you xxx
