When we arrived for my appointment and test drive the man who was supposed to be dealing with me, didn't show up! Another man (Paul) came over to us but didn't even offer a test drive, he was more interested in avoiding a couple of customers who he didn't want to deal with - total waste of time going there but hey we got our new vauxhall from another dealer who's representive treated us so well! Won't be back at wilsons any day soon!

The customer service was very, very poor. The girl I dealt with, apparently her name was Shannon, asked me to hold and then transferred my call while I was holding. The advisor I was transferred to was able to transfer me back to Shannon, who sounded shocked that I was still on the call. I received a quote from Shannon for a service and when I asked about work on the breaks she was not able to help me, and said she would email me a quote which I never received.
The feeling I got was that I was disrupting her Friday afternoon by calling. What extremely appalling service, and if that is anything to go by, what is the rest of the company like? I would not consider taking may vehicle to Wilsons.

Hi all, I got a call from Wilson's yesterday morning, and they arranged to have my van seen at one o clock, which I thought was a very efficient service. I'm having trouble getting my android phone to properly connect with the media nav head unit in my van. From I arrived at wilsons, I was well looked after, first by Jordan, and then by Paul, who I must say, went out of his way, and over and beyond, to help me.
You certainly could not ask for a friendlier, more helpful team of people at Wilsons. And i cannot thank you all enough for how i was treated, and for your help. Highly recommend. Thank you

Seamless service - visited the showroom last weekend and purchased a car from Paul Gilmore. Paul was incredibly helpful: not only did i leave with the car of my dreams but he made the end to end process of purchasing to driving out of the showroom, smooth and stress free. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car!
