I bought my car from this dealership in 2015 and i have taken my car to them every year for a service and MOT and without fail they provide and excellent experience. They are always very professional and its a really nice touch that they send you a video of the underside of the car showing you the tyre treads, springs and suspension so you have peace of mind that the parts of the vehicle that are not easily accessible are in a suitable and safe condition. I would highly recommend anyone with a Suzuki or Honda to get their car serviced at Honda in Hendon.

This is now my third car from Crown Honda and I can't explain the top level customer service I receive. Ram is an absolute fantastic staff member who goes above and beyond to look after the whole process from start to collecting the car. There is a Honda 20 mins away from my house but I choose to make the 1 hour 10 min journey to Hendon due to the service I receive - I think that speaks for itself. I went for the first annual service for my Jazz Crosstar. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently. I waited while the vehicle was being attended to and I could not help but notice the friendly atmosphere around the garage. I was offered drinks and the salesman, Jason, who sold me the vehicle came and chatted. A very pleasant experience.

I had an excellent handover and am always impressed both by the front of house team and the service department at Crown. I'd like to make a special mention about Steve Tucker. He is an absolute star and goes the extra mile not just in the sales team but providing a personal after sales service. Steve is very knowledgeable about all the Honda range and inspires confidence with his attention to detail and caring nature.

Bought a car from Jason Baum at your Hendon branch yesterday. I'm now on my 3rd CR-V! Great customer service from the very beginning of the car buying journey for us. This was in particular an extremely seamless and enjoyable experience due to Ram's honest, personalised and knowledgeable persona throughout, where no question was ever too big or small a matter to answer.
