4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

As a result of a recall on my 11yo 150k mile E250 diesel estate, Adrian offered to ask if mercedes would fund the replacement of the corroded rear subframe, which they generously offered to do. This also reduced the labour cost on the the replacement of rear brake pipes. although the jobs took a little longer than expected, the car was valeted, and I was impressed with the service and loan car. 4/5 would have put 4.5/5 if poss due to having to chase completion time. Otherwise more than satisfied and have told my friends and relatives.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very helpful, Robbie and Carwyn made the whole process very easy, not at all pushy, they went through everything with us, giving us time to read through and check everything. Very professional, we wouldn't hesitate to buy our next car from this dealership.

The visit to the dealership was fine and the service technician (Adrian) was great in providing video and feedback on getting the problem sorted. However my vehicle was due to be ready on Thursday for collection. At 1710 on Thursday (after numerous calls but no call back) the service team contacted to say the car was ready but it couldnt be collected until Friday morning as they were closed.
When the question was asked if it could just be collected from the sales team (as they were there till 7pm) the response was no. This left me without the vehicle for the Friday as well as I am in work before the service centre opens. This felt very frustrating when someone could have just left the keys to be collected on the Thursday night anyway.

Carwyn was extremely helpful with my recent car purchase. He was approachable and helpful with everything from taking the car for a test drive to picking the car up on the day. He took the time to explain all of the cars gadgets that were new to me. He was not pushy in the sale at any point which I really valued. Would highly recommend customers to visit the Llandudno store, thank you for all your help.

All round very happy with the service provided. I was greeted by friendly staff and my car key logged appropriately for a service to be carried out. I was later notified of advisory and immediate work which would be required along with costs. I was also contacted to discuss the work and why it needed doing. No pressure was put upon me to make a decision or to get the work done then.
I collected my car at a time that suited me and paperwork explained. When I noticed that the mileage of my car was recorded incorrectly, this was quickly rectified with no fuss. A happy customer.

Impeccable service from both the receptionist and the service manager, both professional and friendly, diagnosis of fault undertaken in impressive detail and rectification undertaken with impressive lack of delay. I cannot fault in any way the experience of dealing with my Mercedes dealer in Llandudno. However and it's a big however I was shocked to receive a bill of over 400 for a repair, that by all that's reasonable should be covered by my Mercedes extended warranty.
This was a fault that was not "fair wear and tear", apparently Mercedes consider wiring faults to be my fault, sorry this is daft reasoning, for whatever reason something failed in circuitry that was located where Mercedes put it, apparently a new connector was required and fitted, I contend that this is a component and ergo my car was affected by a "component failure". If you consider this to be a failure that I should expect, then shame on you Mercedes.

Wonderful service from start to finish. I had originally ordered a car from elsewhere and had been told my order couldn't be completed. Carwyn spent a lot of time and energy trying to find the specific make and model that I would have liked which I am very grateful for!
