A big shout out to Olly Wykes for all his help (and patience with one of us!) over the last six months! We finally took delivery of our new cars today and the completion of documentation was straightforward with Olly explaining everything we needed to know as we progressed. Our recent car purchase was a bit of a spur of the moment thing but we cannot praise Olly Wykes enough for his fantastic service. He was polite, courteous and not at all pushy. After a test drive, he offered us a sensible price to trade in our existing Ford. Everything was sorted out so that we could collect our new vehicle within a week. He went the extra mile to ensure we had new car mats, a boot cover and although we hadn't noticed a small tear in one of the rear head rests, Olly noticed on the day of collection and immediately ordered us a replacement, which he dropped off at our home the next day. Absolute 5 star service! If you are looking for a stress free, competitive part exchange then visit Olly. Highly recommend.

I am Very Unhapp, i bought a car from them under a month ago. We bought an overpriced Ford Tourneo from Dinnages and it quite clear their checks they do are not thorough. I have a young family and this car is essential transport that we desperately needed. its had loose fittings that rattled and the minute it rains its leaking, which is a proper drip!
I am afraid of the damage that this could do, they wont fit us in for over a week. For the amount of money we spent it was not worth going with dinnages. I do not recommend them, there is absolutely no compromise with this place.

I Have Now Purchased 2 cars from Ollie at Dinnages, and although I have experienced problems with the first car Ollie, Rod and the aftermarket team kept me loyal to the Ford brand and Dinnages. Having recently taken delivery of another new Ford from Dinnages Ollie once again could not do enough to help. I have been a Ford man all my life, thanks to Dinnages effort and quality of service I completely recommend both their Sales & Service depts.

Disappointing Although I initially gave a review of "disappointing " this was focused on my experience at Portslade branch. However I was recently contacted by a senior sales executive. The outcome of that conversation has completely changed my view to a much more favourable light, and following that conversation I would certainly consider using this dealership in the future.

My partner just bought her first car from Dinnages Haywards Heath and we both found the experience seamless and really positive. In particular we'd like to highlight and thank our salesman Chris who provided us quick and helpful communication throughout the entire experience and was really patient and calm with my partner who will outright admit (as a new driver with limited experience) is a nervous driver.
When she'd tried looking for cars before it was really overwhelming, but Chris couldn't have been better with his calm and positive demeanour. At no point did we feel we were being 'fobbed off' or being talked to in either a patronising or excess jargon manner. He talked us through everything and answered all our questions, even obvious ones such as 'what does this button do' He got a service before we collected it and organised a service plan for the next three years which put my partners mind at ease. 10/10 she would be very happy to buy a car from the Haywards Heath branch again.
