Clark John BMW (Aberdeen)

The staff at this dealership turn extremely rude when you make a decision not to purchase a car. I requested a refund and the staff gave me a mouthful over the phone saying my deposit wasn't refundable. My emails have been ignored and I'm still chasing a refund! I would avoid this dealership

Ordered a new a car in july 2021, after several delays agreed with salesman Michael Murray that would they would refund deposit as they could no longer even estimate a delivery date. Nearly 5 month later still no refund. Surprised a John Clark dealership would engage in such cowboy wheeling dealing behaviour. Untrustworthy.

Recently order some new wheels. The parts team were excellent. Taking the time to source the exact items and delivering really quickly. Great customer service, thanks.

Purchased a 2-series from Kyrstie at John Clark Aberdeen. Excellent service from start to finish. She helped initially by sourcing the right vehicle for me, she was extremely patient detailing the various options available. Once I had decided (eventually!), she organised delivery of it, keeping me informed every step of the way. The video when it arrived in the showroom was a lovely touch. Great buying experience from start to finish! Decided after 2 years of ownership that I wanted to go from my F15 X5 to the newer G05 X5. I looked around a lot, and found the spec I wanted, at around 7000 - 10,000 less than others in dealerships in the south. I live in Wiltshire, but this posed absolutely no problems to John Clark BMW, and after everything was agreed with the PX of my X5, it was delivered from Aberdeen, and my old car was picked up. Great service from David Michael, who kept me fully up to date with everything that was going on, I really can't fault the car, it's perfect! Thanks!

Outstanding Team. Travelling North and well away from home, one of my front lights failed. I hadn't made an appointment and really needed a quick replacement. Like every business at the moment, John Clark will have been very busy today, but the service team ushered me in quickly, politely, nothing was too much trouble and the job was done very quickly and efficiently.

Wow, just wow! I have had the most incredible experience with John Clark BMW the last couple of months. We bought a car during their VIP event and David Jones was looking after us. He made the whole process easy and smooth. Very kind and helpful, made us feel that we were making the right choice by buying a car from them. The car itself, is a brilliant drive with no issues whatsoever.

But the cherry on the cake was the after sales service. There was a tiny chip on the bonnet which David happily got it fixed free of charge and got our alloys polished up etc. I'm so impressed with the level of service and care given to their customers. I would like David Jones to be specially recognised for his commendable customer service. Highly recommend John Clark BMW if you're looking to purchase a new/used car.

I write to record my gratitude to New Car sales staff at John Clark BMW Aberdeen. In May of this year, after a positive response to a query, I spoke at length with their Sales Controller and was offered an excellent price for a new BMW so I placed a deposit on an order. In the intervening months, BMW Aberdeen have kept me up to date weekly, and helped as I refined my specifications.
