Simply turn up on the date and time agreed, drop off your car with our Service Centre Team, collect your loan car ( remember your driving licence ) and away you go.

We recently bought a vehicle from Jim Reid Vehicle Sales and Service. From the moment we stepped onto the forecourt, Liam was professional, informative and really went above and beyond the call of duty to secure a vehicle for us that matched our specifications. We are exceedingly pleased with our purchase but without the gold standard service and handover, it would have been half of the joy. Having only bought a car from Jim Reid in July 2020 I wasn't really looking to change the car just now! I rocked up late on a Saturday afternoon 'as my nose was bothering me' following a Facebook post I had seen that week. Within a very short time I was met with a friendly, welcoming smile by Grieg and after a wee chat Liam was applying some trade plates and off I went for a very successful test drive. Liam assisted with a list of questions and queries I had about the new car and indeed the trade in vehicle I now found myself giving back to Jim Reid.
