If I could give 0 stars, then I would. Gordon Halbert was the sales guy, avoid him at all costs. Seen a car online, went in to test drive with the view of buying, so it was a sale for them before they even spoke to me. Bought on the Monday, picked up on the Tuesday. I checked tax status online the following morning to discover it was UNTAXED! I phoned the garage twice, both times I was assured it was taxed and it was just taking time to register the change on the website.
Twice they confirmed it was legal for me to drive the car. Long story short, it wasnt taxed, never was, salesman had no clue what he was talking about (despite telling me how he had worked there for 10 years) and not one person was prepared to admit they were wrong. Only reason it was resolved and they ever admitted their failing was following me making a complaint to customer services.
I also was told they would switch the plates to my private reg, funnily enough Gordon didn't get in contact again. Went through customer service again who advised general manager of the branch would call me and sort it out, which he did. Best part of the story, when I went in to change plates, Gordon was standing outside as I drove past him to park.
He immediately went inside and sent someone else over to deal with me. Laughable that you can't take accountability for your mistakes or have the audacity to face a customer after the mess you made. Have been with Audi the last 8 years and seriously regret having left them. You get what you pay for!

Fantastic service all around. Have had two punctures by nails one year apart in our leased Tesla and Arnold Clark was instant in their attention and support. Emails coming back at 8 p.m. on a Tuesday. Problem solved within 15 minutes (AA) and one day (new tyre). Can't say enough good things about them. Very much recommended

Very poor customer service and almost non existent. I have called several times trying to get through to the service department but it is absolutely impossible. The operator lady is lovely but her job is only to direct calls nothing else and even she struggles to get though to service department. She has sent a few emails over for the peeps to call me back but these people never ever do any follow ups.
It took me weeks and I finally got to the service department, the woman on the phone said will chase up my case with the body department and call me back. Again she was a let down, I have never heard from her ever again. It's been over a month now and I'm still waiting for my car key replacement. There is nobody updating me details and I can barely even get through to the right department. Will not been using Arnold Clark in Springburn again once my warranty finishes. My local garage at least answers my calls.
