Ive collected a 21 reg white mercedes gle400d. I must say ive collected many cars of which most of them have been mercedes cars from mercedes dealerships but this collection has been the best so far. I am extremely happy with the service that Stephen Berndt gave. Cannot fault a single thing. Absolutley amazing. His customer service, the calls we had during the process and the handover couldnt be any better.

He really dis make the experience special. Even though exeter mercedes was 3 hours drive for us, Stephen really did make this worth it. Good place to buy your car and the after sales care is brilliant. Service is done whilst you wait and the staff are lovely, plus there is plenty of tea coffee and cakes and watch telly whilst you wait for the service to be done

Dropped my car in for recall work. So impressed with the service I received. From the booking process which was so simple, to even being notified about roadworks by the garage when I attended. A polite, not pushy call from Sales asking if I would care to look around whilst I was waiting (wish I could have assured a newer one!). Showroom is immaculately clean, hand wash, gloves and makes everywhere to use if you wanted. Felt really safe.

Staff were polite, professional and so pleasant. Free tea, proper coffee, and cakes. What now could you ask for. The recall work was completed promptly. It's my first experience of this showroom, and based in this I shall certainly be looking to purchase from then in the future.

First class service from Sam who helped me from the initial enquiry through to collection. The process was stress free and made easy by the regular communication. Purchase a used vehicle from MB Exeter, and had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen. From the get-go, Stephen was able to organise a live video call with me to show the vehicle and highlight any imperfections - I hadn't spotted them and they were actually focused on my Stephen (only two minor stone chips). He was open and honest and arranged for them to be repaired prior to my collection (within 2 days from viewing to collecting).

Upon collection, I was picked up from the train station and the paperwork process was smooth and simple. Vehicle was exactly as described and no nasty surprises. Would 100% recommend using this dealership, and will certainly return. No faults from me - a great buying experience.

I purchased my first Mercedes recently and all I can say is that the service I received from Mo and Brian was outstanding. The customer service was brilliant and they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Safe to say I will definitely be recommending Mo and Brian to friends and family. I absolutely love my new car and thanks to Mo for sourcing it and being so patient with us in the process and coming in on his day off to allow us to test drive and purchase, I wouldn't be driving it today!

I recently bought a car from Mercedes' Exeter and couldn't fault the service they gave. I requested a female sales person and got Tamara who was wonderful. She listened to the array of questions and requirements I had and was so patient when presenting me with all my options. And to top off the whole experience, they let us bring our dog into the showroom and the way all the staff treated her was just the cherry on the cake! Excellent service Could not fault the experience I had when purchasing a car for this dealership. I asked them to contact me as I live 360 miles from the dealership. Luke contacted me and explained everything I needed to know. When I decided the car I wanted Luke organised a live video of the vehicle. Unfortunately even though I placed an order for the car I decided that I wanted a newer model. Luke said no problem and explained that they had one in stock and then sent me photo's of the car.

With me being 360 miles away I was told that they would deliver for free. I went ahead and purchased the car and told Luke I would drive down to collect it as I had put my car in part exchange. The deal I was given for my car was very good and the price I paid for the new car way was below the market price. Collecting the vehicle was a pleasure and I was treated with respect and never pressurised.

After service was very good and it seemed obvious to me that Luke really cared about customer care. I can certainly recommend this dealership and would certainly purchase another vehicle from them. In my opinion you can certainly buy with confidence from this dealership.
