Diabolical service from the UXBRIDGE Enterprise flex-e-rent branch. Dangerous vehicle was delivered with poor visibility from depleted wipers. Dirty and Low oil level. Off tracking and off balanced steering. Van was covered in dents and the interior was dirty and stained despite a sign stating 'covid clean'. Lastly the branch took 2 days to collect van once off hired and provided no customer service to let me know.

I worked there temporarily as driver from an agency I never liked it because of Miserable arrogant management specially a man in his late twenties or earlier thirties he's very arrogant I don't know what he think he is. They don't deserve even 1 star in my opinion.
