Bought a Renault trafic from vanstar. Two weeks after receiving it I was getting a bad grinding noise from the brakes. I left a bad review as was rather unhappy. Got a call from manager Gary who said I should have called them. Anyway he is paying for new discs and pads all round and also paying my local garage to fit them. vanstar do care about their reputation, and the fact they sorted this quickly for me means I would recommend them to anyone buying a van from them.
