My recent experience of Ponthir Motors was a very positive one. Lauren the Service Advisor was excellent and looked after me very well The only negative part of the experience was that the Fiat 500 courtesy car she supplied me with wreaked of stale tobacco smoke. I mentioned this to Lauren, and another customer stood nearby commented his courtesy car smelt of stale tobacco smoke as well. Apart from that all good.

Ordered a new Dacia Sandero for delivery in September. Great experience, the salesman was first class and knew his facts and figures and was professional and courteous. Shortly before my 3year warranty expires, the lock on my Dacia Duster's driver door failed. This was on 24th November. It took until 13th January to replace it. This was not the fault of Ponthir service station, but that of Dacia in not being able to supply the part. Dacia blamed Brexit and COVID, but the same thing happened with another part, a year earlier. If what is wrong with your vehicle isn't standard, Dacia are useless at supplying parts.
