Welcome to Ned Potter Ltd a local family run business set up in Hereford in 1985. We have three departments all of which are on the one site at Beech Business Park, Tillington Rd; Hereford. These comprise of the vehicle workshop which incorporates five service/repair bays and a one man operational MOT bay. We specialise in the Volkswagen Group of vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT & Skoda) but also have the experience and equipment to service all makes of vehicle. We have over 1500 regular service customers, many of which have been loyal since we started in business.

This, the backbone of the company has evolved with time, but after twenty-one successful years at the Kings Acre Road site Ned's plans to relocate to a new site adjacent to the vehicle sales was accomplished. Purpose built to keep up to date with the latest technology needed for modern vehicles this new workshop comprises of a new Class 4 Automated Test Lane for MOT testing, five further service bays, with vehicle lifts to cater for the busy service schedule, and preparation of the sales vehicles prior to display.
The servicing department at Ned Potter Ltd provides a full range of services to customers from all over Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the Welsh borders. Our highly skilled trained technicians offer servicing, MOT's, diagnostics, and repairs to a standard required by 'Motor Codes' the Retail Motor Industry regulatory body.

Recently purchased a great car from Ned Potter. It's the third car I've bought from this garage. Each car has been immaculate and reliable. Great service and they've gone out of their way to help. One car was for a learner driver and I knew I was placing my youngster in a safe car because of the trust I have in this garage. This was important to me. My new car is perfect and I plan to return for all car services and maintenance.
