Bought Skoda Yeti disappointed that l was told it had a full service. But l have emailed many time for this but l have still not received this. Have chased up myself to get service history is this really the level of service you give.

Friendly and helpful dealership. Good customer care. Tidy show room. No pushy sales. Easy to talk to. Visited the MG side of show room to look at MG ZS EV 2022 model as passing in area. We wanted to see the size of the car etc as a way of comparing with other EVs we are considering. They had 2 to look at. Stunning cars with plenty of tech kit and boot space etc.

I bought a secondhand VW Scirocco recently from OC Davies at Penparc, Cardigan and their sales, service and after service has been outstanding. Won't be using this place for fuel again. A full tank of petrol has only lasted me 100 miles whereas it usually lasts 350 miles! Very bad fuel. I'm shocked, used this place for fuel before and it was around average now it's like watered down fuel. Very disappointing.

Pleasant experience I didn't have to wait long. Tea and coffee facilities. Very clean toilet facilities. Covid rules in place. Very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Always a good friendly reception from all the staff and the service staff are particularly accommodating. They arranged to do an MOT at short notice when i had forgotten to do it. When out CRV goes in for service they attend to all the little things that may need adjustment or replacement and we really notice the car running better than when we left it there. Good, friendly, efficient service Would have been even better with a quick hoover and wash.
